A smart ass guy at the desk, making some kind of weird joke. Hands me a key card and says there's my room. I'm tired after driving. Just give me a room.

Everything was spotless. the staff, from check in to housekeeping to buffet area staff, were all polite and friendly Evening buffet and happy hour were a great value for the price. We weren’t traveling with children but if we were I would definitely choose this place Also liked that there was an Olive Garden in the parking lot. We walked over for dinner after the Kickback cocktails.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The accessible room we reserved wasn’t available. The room wasn’t clean…Cheeto crumbs around the bed, debris on the bathroom floor, a piece of stinky cooked fish was left in the microwave oven (see photo). This room was WAY overpriced…great job, Booking.Com.

receptionist was very pleasant and food was good

The room appeared clean, but had a funny smell (maybe urine?) The floors in the eating area always seem sticky for some reason. They don’t look dirty.

Complimentary drink, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Overall positive experience. Will stay here again for sure.

Bar situation needs improvement. Should not have to wait in line for only mediocre drink.

We were hurricane evacuating and arrived very early for Check-in. They found us a ready room immediately and we were able to decompress. The whole facility was squeaky clean. The staff was great. There was an evening food service and cocktail hour. Breakfast was good.

We chose this hotel based on reviews from Trip Advisor. People most be smoking crack. This hotel was filthy. The sheets for the pull out sofa were dirty and rolled into a ball in the bag in the closet. The mattress was covered with stains and had a hole in it. Everything was run down and felt dirty. Just GROSS!!!!

Staff was excellent as well as the facilities. The room was immaculate, beds great and the air in the room was fresh and oder free. We’ve done a bit of traveling over the years and we can honestly say that this was the best that we have ever stayed at. The doors were solid and the marble in the bathroom was just… quality!
