This, being our first time visiting this resort, was nothing short of GREAT! The room was as pictured, the condo was clean, open and spacious. Not to mention the fabulous kitchen that made Thanksgiving a Terrific experience. We will definitely be back.

The only thing that was bothersome was the loud neighbors next door to us and the 'hard walkers' above us. Between the two, the first night was challenging, but it wasn't enough to ruin the whole trip. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!

Close to everything. Quick walk to the beach, food and shopping. Room was nice.

We were there for five nights and the hot tub was broken the entire time. Water temp was about 80 degrees with air temps in the 70s. The pool and lazy River were not heated so we couldn’t take advantage of those either despite their being in the sun.

Loved our 1 bdrm condo, kitchen, tub and stand up shower. It was very spacious and the resort was close to the beach. Resturants, shopping, and many other things to do.

Our hot water was not the best but it was warm so we were in and out quickly. Lol

the elevator outside my unit kept beeping every few minutes. something in the electrical was broken.

I liked the locarion of the rooms.

The registration process was terrible. It took about 1 hour and a half even though the sign stated 15 minutes. We were told that Booking.com only sent over information for one room. We asked amount and advised that was mote than for one room. After we pulled up the confirmation and strolled down and showed him qty. 2 rooms. Location still advised Booking.com did not send over information for both rooms. Some type of compensation would be great.

Great centralized location! Close to beach. Pool was nice and clean. Our units balcony and outside furniture could have used a good cleaning.

Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Amendites are not as good. Jacuzzi was not hot. Too many cats on the property climbing on the cars. Room not as clean as it should have been. Front door was not clean.

Our condo was great. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. The condo was very clean and spacious. The main pool with the lazy river was awesome. we loved the sand bar and the frozen drinks also.

I wish it was closer to the main pool.
