Front desk gave stranger my room number. Also had to wait 1 hour for towels....

Front desk was great. Very kind and professional.

There were muddy footprints on the floor by the door. And muddy water had been flung all in the shower and never cleaned.

Janet the customer service representative employee at this particular Motel 6 is exceptional. Very courteous, makes her customers feel welcome.

I did let Janet know the bathroom light is out. She had no maintenance to fix it. The room was very dirty. Floors not swept; if they "were" swept, not a thorough job. Especially when first walking in the room one seen and felt when walking. One of the mattresses is broken; every move while attempting to sleep, mattress made a noise like the springs in the box springs.

Lights

The building smell weed, the bedsheets were stained , the bathtub were stained and smell moldy.

Easy to get to

First it was the man at the front desk. He stopped mid check in to take a personal call. I waited for a long time. When it was time to pay, he received another personal call. I asked if I should take my card out of the reader and he gave me a finger indicating for me to wait. RUDE! I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Well that’s what I thought. Cigarette holes in the sheets and cover. The room didn’t seem clean. Felt like they had just “picked up” and said that’ll do for the next guest. the white towels had dirt stains, the tv was stuck on B.E.T because I couldn’t change the channel and the water came out of the sink slow. Book somewhere else. I know you may wanna save a little money but sis/bro spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else fr. You deserve comfort ❤️

The location

It took 2 hours to get towels inside the room no pressure in the sink and the shower did not work. And they can only say we can refund you no other rooms available it was a sad case 2 days only change child once. And they woke me up at 8:00 after the first day to ask for dirty towels but did not replace the same day it was a sad situation being a traveler will never stay there again.
