Super comfortable, wonderful and accommodating staff, very clean, and good location

confused with the building that Rotex Hotel instead of hotel Koxie, and the chipped paint could be painted over for a better presentation.

The surprise that parking was $15 in the hotel lot and parking garage. Otherwise you had to find your own parking on the neighborhood streets.

I like the bathroom

No coffee or coffee maker they only offer 3 food items and the egg lettuce and tomato sandwich was disgusting. The rooms need remodeling old furniture and ugly colors

My room was at the back and the view from the window to the hills was great. The bed was comfortable and big. There was a kettle and fridge. But take your own teabags. Located in Koreatown.

The hot water was unpredictable and most often lukewarm. There was a fear that I might 'vandalize' the room, so guests are required to pay an extra 200-dollar deposit on check-in. A bit steep in my opinion given the shabby/well-used state of the rooms where it would be hard for them to identify if you did do something. The request made me feel untrustworthy. I also then worried I might not get my money back. In the end, everything worked out okay. :)

I was bitten by a bed bug and I told the staff. No one tried to understand the situation and apologized me. In fact, Bed bug means no clean and no responsible management. It was so disappoint though the location was good. It is unworthy to stay such kind of the place. Moreover, they ONLY allowed guests Valet Parking by charing 15$ which was not described at BOOKNG.COM. It made me embarrassed. I was not pleasant staying at this property and anyone else.

Hotel was close to the area I needed to be

Check in was a nightmare. We waited for an hour because the front desk couldnt figure out how to get us a key.

Overall location was great, easy access to restaurant, cost was reasonable.

Continental breakfast was not so attractive. Although was provided by Hotel, but staff were very friendly.

Security deposit of $200 plus the cost of the accommodation is still being “held” by the hotel almost four weeks later even though they have collected the cost of the accommodation through another charge. They have not responded to an email request to release the funds.

Location and free parking

Not clean at all Breakfast supposed included, however is not true
