The beds were comfortable, and it was a close proximity to a lot of restaurants.

Bed skirts and drapes were dirty. The room didn't have a microwave, although the description stated it did, and the jacuzzi was out of service. The check-in receptionist wasn't really inviting... the gentlemen during checkout was very kind and greeted us professionally. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the hotel itself can be updated a bit.

I like the location and the breakfast.

Check in, easy, but I do not appreciate the $20 per night deposit. I am a honors member and they already have my credit card. I know why you do this, I am just not that customer.

The card reader for the door that accessed the parking area didn't work. Had to walk to the front of the building to enter. After my five night stay, it still had not been fixed. The pool was closed. After my five night stay, it was still closed. The carpets in the common areas were really dirty.

I love their hot breakfast.

The curtains were see thru that when the sun is out you will really wake up because of the bright sunlight coming thru the window

The hot tub and pool. You state it’s heated pool. No that’s not the case at all pool was freezing I really was looking forward to the hot tub warm and hot with nice jets for my back. It was lukewarm at best the jets did work but hardly any pressure and no heat

there had been an upload of changes on the computer system the morning we arrived and there were some errors occurring with payments, my card had to be presented twice to get the terminal to accept payment, it eventually charged me twice for the payment and now some five days later I am still waiting to have my excess funds reimbursed

I liked that the property was in close proximity to our destination. There were plenty of convenient restaurants and stores, which were so helpful. I also absolutely loved the body products. they were wonderful, and it was such a great surprise of how well they worked, considering most times hotel bath & hygiene products are sub par. Thank you.

The location is right off the 10 freeway, and there are plenty of excellent places to eat/work out nearby.

The room was dingy, with paper thin walls. The hallway reeked of marijuana. The largest issue was comfort and peace not being given. The room next to me had extremely loud and inconsiderate travelers. I was kept awake by their noise/shaking of walls until 2 in the morning. I called the front desk pleading for another room, but they could not accommodate. They sent security, but that did not resolve the problem. I was late to work the next day, and absolutely exhausted. I went to the front desk the next morning and requested a refund, but was told I needed to contact Booking.com. The breakfast selection was mediocre, but available. I spent the remainder of the week at the Residence Inn by Marriott, and it was night & day, and only $30 more a night. This was definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for nothing Hampton.
