The location was close to the Smith Center, but when we asked about it being in walking distance, no one mentioned the train tracks so it was a longer walk than we planned. The room was good, clean and I liked it not being on the Side of all the noise.

There was no breakfast. The casino was a little grubby, but it was a busy Friday, so that contributed to it. The heating unit was super loud all night long. The Hawaiian food place was terrible.

Wanted to experience Fremont Street and the Old Town so location was excellent for that.

The pillows were bad, and the room seemed hot. The A/C did not function well. I even tried different settings. The fridge wasn't cool enough to keep my insulin cool.

self parking elevator takes forever. when I went inside my room for the first time a maintenance man was working on the bathroom because there was no hot water. He said the room wasn’t ready and why did they gave me that room. He said I could wait in the room while he finish. He left the bathroom wet and toilet dirty.

The hotel room did not provide any hand soap, and also there wasnt a closet or a place that you could change in. The bathroom did not have a door. The entire hotel had a weird smell, and the casino smelled really bad. The casino had a really strong smell of smoke, and was unbreatheable. The housekeeping did not clean the rooms, and there wasnt anyone at the registration. The food court barely had any resturaunts but the food was okay. The ceiling of the parking lot was really low and it almost touched the car. The lamp in the hotel room did not work, and the view was terrible.
