The mirror in the room as really dirty like some one had put there hands all over it and it wasn’t cleaned. We ended up in a handicap cap room and the shower was in rough shape

The room was decent and equipped with everything I needed.

The water pressure in the shower was TERRIBLE! Standing water would create more water pressure than the shower. I as a male with short hair was barely able to rinse my hair, I can’t imagine a woman could have washed her hair in that shower.

There is no room cleaning services after your check in. I had 2 separate beds when I booked and they gave me a one bed only and they told me that they don’t have any other rooms available.

Very happy with the accommodations, very clean. The breakfast was good and had a variety of foods to choose from.

Had an ADA room, liked the bed wasn’t too high. Perfect for me to transfer from my wheelchair to the bed.

Nice front-office staff, continental breakfast a plus.

Lack of attention to detail - toilet ran-on which required us to fix it a few times, empty conditioner bottle in shower which wasn’t apparent until I went to use it, very loud AC unit, loud highway traffic, junky appearance in front of hotel and parking lot (empty cans and bottles, garbage). Depending on where you’re coming from can have a roundabout way to get there from highway. As a long-time IHG member I expected better.

The breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly.

The room was booked wrong. It was supposed to be 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. When we got there they had a King Suite booked for us. what we got was 2 double beds and a rollaway bed. Which im sure was a different rate but since it was through booking they couldnt refund any money.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Daytime receptionist Saturday was a little condensening when we tried to get our room key early since we were heading straight to our get together and wanted to make sure we had a room when we came back late into the evening.

Tv did not work and the main reason we selected your chain was the beds now you went cheap so w3 will look else where

The breakfast wasn’t great. Some of the food was still cold and the eggs tasted funny.

I didn’t like it when the breakfast lady kept coming around our table picking up crumbs that my 18 month was dropping. (Wait until we leave!) She was a little stressed too.

Location, price, room, breakfast.

Really guys, when 50+ teenagers and their coaches are showing up, put them all together at one end of a hall. Then put the rest of us paying guests on other floors. We had a room with a sign on the door that said “Coach Megan.” There was scuffling in the hall, loud laughing, doors slamming until midnight. We had a room with girls above us who were noisy beyond midnight. Please, please don’t scatter their rooms around the hotel. Then they bother every guest. I am truly sick of traveling sports teams in hotels. You gotta brainstorm ways to handle them because you are driving other customers away.
