the fact that all the rooms are the same and when I selected premium I thought paying close $100 more, I was getting more space. it was a little deceiving on booking. The only difference is the side floor. And to be honest on the winter you don’t need the best view. that just wasn’t right.

Despite very friendly staff, the restaurant left something to be desired. There was a wedding happening and you could hear the beat of the music in our room which would have made it difficult to sleep if we didn't turn on white noise. Bathroom was clean and well stocked but on the small side.

This trip and hotel were amazing. The lobby smelled amazing when I walked in as they had a fall scented infusion going on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had requested a high floor close to the ocean. They accommodated that request with the top floor room that was closest to the ocean. The room was immaculate, comfy and tastefully decorated. The shower was amazing and the view from my private balcony was spectacular. Can’t wait to go back again!

The price is a bit steep but was worth the money.

The only issue we had was with the restaurant. After the third day of us dining, somehow our waitress forgot to place our order. We waited about 40 minutes when we realized something wasn’t right. When we asked about our food we noticed the crew going into a bit of a panic. A supervisor or senior waitress explained that something went wrong with the printing paper and that no received our order. I just felt like we shouldn’t have been charged for our meals or to the very least giving a discount for our troubles. It caused us to check out late as a result. We were unhappy about this situation.

the property was very nice, clean looking, the staff was very attentive except for maintenance

the door to the room appeared to have pounded on a few times too many, the door has several pry marks on it from the outside, needed some upkeep. the eletrical plugs in the room needed fixing, except the plug where the microwave was plugged into, all the other outlets didn’t work or the outlets were so worn out, the plugs would fall out. the bathroom outlet looked like it was painted over a bit too many times. didn’t work. the shower plumbing appeared to be coming out of the wall, the tv remotes were dead, had to go to front desk to ask for batteries, maintenance stopped by several hours later with batteries. the batteries lasted an hour. the audio on the tv kept on cutting out on both tvs. the placeware appeared not to be washed for quite some time, as there was dust on them. we asked to be moved to a room that was in better condition, to no avail. asked for additional pillows each morning, no e ever appeared.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a partial ocean view. We had a room with a kitchenette which worked well for our family. The facility did offer beach chairs and umbrellas.

The downside to the place was that the facilities are under construction, with construction debris and equipment lying around, some areas closed off, like the pool for one. Also the gym as advertised was not available as it was still under construction. The pool we were told would be open on Saturday, it opened Sunday and it didn't look clean to swim. The water was a murky green. Didn't look safe or clean.

The room itself was really good. Good size and functionality (kitchenette etc). The location next to the beach was really nice. Although not ocean front, the ocean view aspect worked. Beds were quite confortable.

The location was under repairs. This was unknown to me until arrival. The facilities like the pool and fitness room were unavailable. we paid a resort fee for not a full set of such amenities. Also, as construction was in process, parking was very limited. Although the hotel arranged to have people move and handle your car, I was not looking for that. This construction related limitations while paying full price is the reason for my lower ratings. I am sure the location would be much better when the construction is completed.

The amenities were not open. Pool closed, fire pits, beach amenities closed. Very, very disappointed that I was not instructed on theses amenity closures at the time of booking. Would of never booked the stay.

It was good as everything was quiet, being off season in the middle of the week. Nothing to dislike.
