Hit with extra fees when I arrived. Was told it was policy not to explain this at booking. Was left finding a new hotel at midnight.

it seemed a little dirty, i had also confirmed a 1st floor room and upon booking was tried to given a 2nd floor room.

Only one access to 2nd floor rooms, and people sit on the stairs and hangout, so it’s hard to get through when you’re trying to come up to your room. Air conditioner didn’t work properly and the room stayed at about 80 degrees at all times. Burn holes in blankets, room wasn’t properly cleaned. TV stations were staticky. When we walked in, there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Website said the pool was open, that's the only reason I booked it because it was pet friendly...I would have spent the extra $50 for a place that had a pool open and was pet friendly. There was hair in the bathroom floor, when I went to heat up my food, a roach was crawling around in the microwave. The outside lights were flickering on and off, holes in the wall and cracks in the bathtub. Wifi was horrible, electric outlet in the bathroom was broken and nasty. All electronics were hooked to one outlet that was controlled by a light switch.

Pool not opened for guests

I didn’t have breakfast there.

I asked for a non smoking room. And while it might not be a smoking room now it was at one time. It smelled like stale smoke and some of the walls were yellow from tar and nicotine.

They didn't give my deposit back.

Staff were all very nice and professional.

IPlace needs an upgrade asap. Room was clean but is so in disrepair, you can't tell. Ice machine is disgusting.

Clean room and good service. Dog walk area was nice

I was able to smoke in the room.

Toilet would not flush. Had to pay a $60 deposit up front and then have them inspect the room before returning any money. Accidentally got blood on the side of a sheet and had to pay $10 for it out of the deposit.

The woman at front desk was very nice the woman who cleans the rooms was rude and didn't do a good job of cleaning the rooms
