torn carpet, worn cabinets, old beds, poor lighting , dated worn out furnishings

The room was run down. No heat . They had a tiny little heater that barely worked. Rotten old fruit cup behind the TV stand. TV didn't work. Bedding looked like it was never washed. Light in the bedroom was broken above the bed and the main light in the room didn't work. There was old food under the beds and stands, cigarette butts on the floor. Was just terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

location was good

with very little effort this could be a lot nicer. Painting was poorly done, tv was propped up with a waded up pillow case. Toilet leaked all over the floor, wasn't properly installed. It's pleasant enough for this single guy and his dog, but I can see why family types would shy away. This was my second stay here and I'll stay again next hunting season probably.

I think this property gets a reputation as an old run-down dump. It's really not that bad though. Our room was a large suite with 2 beds in the main area, and a separate room with another bed. Sure there might be newer and nicer properties to stay at, but you will likely have to pay double the price for them, and the room that you get will probably be smaller. It's also a good location, right in the middle of town.

They allowed pets and was quiet all night.

Way overpriced for what you got! Very small room, small shower, shower drain plugged..water going all over bathroom floor. Towels thin and dingy white. The room smelled. Floors were dirty. Rusty shelf above the sink.. Old food left in refrig from people who stayed there before, a heater next to the bed...was in the way. It's August...a heater not needed. Not sure why Booking.com would even offer this motel on their site. This is unacceptable for a motel. Felt like we thru away money that night! Couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning!

The bed, shower was plugged and backed up and it was really nasty.

I needed a bed for the night and didn't want to pay over a hundred dollars for a place to lay down for 6+ hours. The motel met my expectations.

Remove carpet and put in a vinyl floor. Much easier to clean.
