the room wouldn’t lock. it was very outdated. very cold, hard bed. I would never stay here EVER again! paid for a jet tub and it was disgusting!

clean, friendly staff, adult swim only after 10 pm. close to food the Hodag statue. easy parking, free breakfast was good.

AmericInn lost our reservations, even though I received a confirmation email from Booking. The facilities appeared to be in various states of unpacking from appliance repair and it just wasn't very kept up. We're quite disappointed that they didn't have our reservation...when you're traveling with many small kids, it's extremely difficult to pivot and find other arrangements. We will not be booking with this hotel in the future.

The breakfast was very good—quality, variety. The waffles were excellent

It was fine. Coffee pots were refilled in a timely manner.

Shower head needs replacing. We brought this to the attention of the desk clerk and she made a note of it and thanked us for letting her know. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

The breakfast was fine, but I did not eat a lot. My wife had waffles two days and she did like them.

The power went out the final day, but it was after we had completed our routines and it had nothing to do with the staff. It was all over the upper Wisconsin north, and it impacted our son and daughter-in-law and our two grand kids about twenty some miles away. It did cause us to use the stairs when we packed to go home. The elevator was not running because of the power outage.
