The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful in every way possible. Super friendly and professional…But unfortunately the things that were wrong with the place they have no control over.

Ughhh…there was no hot water. We had to keep our showers at 2-5 maximum because the water just got to cold. Horrible shower conditions. The front desk advised us unfortunately they had no control and only the maintenance had that power. A warm shower to me is definitely a necessity…but thankfully we have an Air BNB after this 2 night stay here at the best western.

Location and breakfast

Shower water was luke warm, electrical outlets were loose, carpet was bunched up and rippled, toilet was not secured tightly to floor.

We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they take pets, as we travel with our dog sometimes. It is a convenient location from I5.

Clean, well appointed, good location

I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes because I did not know it closed so early. The pad lock on my door was broken.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were well-appointed and cleaned with care.

Proximity to the interstate and downtown theaters.

Parking was atrocious. Large campers and moving trucks blocked parking spaces, and we couldn't find parking. The staff told us that rooms couldn't be cleaned after noon, but the maid was not available when we looked for her around 10:30 and 11am. Staff was surly, unhelpful, and too busy to answer questions or hear complaints. Condescending.
