Loved the bed situation everyone had room to sleep

No option to wipe the sand off our feet when entering the room, sand was everywhere on the floor as a result. Not fair to housekeeping.

Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy but when I’m at the beach I am interested in a clean, comfortable place to sleep and a clean bathroom. This had all that.

Indoor pool was closed 3 of the 4 days. Maintenance for the outdoor pool was performed during its open hours so the pool could not be used for about an hour while he added chemicals and cleaned the pool. Seems that could be done when it’s closed. Wi-fi never worked. We had 3 rooms so there were a few small children. It would be nice to have a door latch out of the reach of small children. They have nothing on the inside but the door handle. For the amount of $ something beyond the minimum would make me feel better about spending that much.

Expected to have access to 2 pools, indoor was shut down most of our stay, then the outdoor one was down for a while on Wednesday. when you have small kids it’s hard not having a pool. Outdoor pool was not very clean up to Wednesday evening

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is right on the beach! The view from our balcony was beautiful, there’s nothing like hearing ocean waves all day (and night) and catching a parade of pelicans soaring by. Enjoyed lunch and a fun drink at the Tiki bar. It was about a mile walk up the beach to the boardwalk and a 5 minute drive by car.

The room did not have carpet so despite our best efforts sand got in the room. It would be nice to have a broom and dust pan to sweep up. The air conditioning cooled the room but did not dehumidify so towels and swimsuits never fully dried and other things felt damp all the time. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower, but no soap to wash hands ☹️. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer which would have been nice. Chairs on the balcony were ok, they should consider something more comfortable to sit and enjoy the view.

The second room I got was good! I was very thankful for the staff accommodating me! The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was awesome! Staff was pleasant.

When I got there the room was just getting clean but they accommodated me and that was enough to make me happy. I parked on the side of the building and noticed someone had been messing with my car. I let the receptionist know. I parked my car near the cameras after that and had no issues. Should have known better, but I was not expecting to have people mess with my car either. SO FYI, park where your car is in camera view. I had no issues after that. I would have given it a 10 but because of my car issue I was a little paranoid but I was determined to have a little vacation and enjoy it.

It was clean, in a great location, and the staff was so nice. We loved it and will be back.

OMG !! Everything, location, beach front view, the staff. Everything except the weather! There was heavy non stop rain & hurricane winds,freezing cold - all 3 days I was there .

Just the weather . But I still had a good time because I was there to see family.
