Breakfast was fine. Not remarkable but they had fruits, eggs, coffee, bread, cupcakes and waffles.

They did not say anywhere that they were going to charge me with a pet fee. I was forced to pay a $100 fee for my pet when I arrived. Then, when I got back I discovered that they charged me $114 in my credit card. I did not agree on such payment. It is abusive. Additionally, they did not even cleaned our room. Elevators and comun areas were not clean either. It was way too expensive for that bad service. I won't go back to any hotel of this chain ever again.

Service was exceptional. room was clean. layout of room was nice. they gave more towels as needed without a hassel.

I had requested the sofa bed to be ready to sleep but it was not ready. There was no extra pillows or bedsheet in one of theroom for the sofa bed. Internet was not available so could not work on computer. I had to go to starbucks to get things done Lot of unnecessary furniture makes the room very conjusted.. no space to move around in a king size suite.. I was expecting the room to be bigger.

They didn't clean the room when they said they would. When they did a thorough clean, they didn't change the sheets.

It was clean enough, at first the hallway was very warm but the next day it got a little cooler

The breakfast was questionable. The eggs were I guess powdered eggs? Which were disgusting. The bacon could be cooked more and the sausage not too tasty. The juice is watered down. The only thing that was good was the waffle.

The breakfast was perfect for my family, plunty of choices for a picky family.

I was hit with hidden fees upon checking in that I was not prepared for.

Brea is always excellent. I just hate that you guys don't have the homemade oatmeal anymore. I love the texas waffle. I always stay at this hotel when I visit corpus and I will be back on Veterans Day as usual. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. Thank you Michael for fixing my TV. You are very patient and very professional and a good attitude.

I was disappointed by how late the breakfast began. The fact that breakfast was included was part of my decision in choosing this location. However, I had to leave the facility too early each morning for my work, so I was not able the breakfast. Had I known that, I probably would have chosen a different location.

As mentioned above, I was disappointed by how late the breakfast began. Also, when I stopped by the desk to get additional packets of coffee, I was told the facility had run out. The gentleman did a diligent search and was able to find two additional packets for me, but that was all.

I reserved on- line 2 rooms with double beds. I got two king sized beds. The staff changed one room but the other room they put me in was also a king and not double beds.

No drinking glasses in room.

There was a kitchenette supplied with a pot, pan, plates, saucers, bowls, cups, and glasses. A dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. The room was spacious; area in general was relatively quiet and very relaxing.

I don't think I came across any specifics regarding dislikes.

Everything was awesome. Service and staff were nice.

Clean and comfy. Staff is very friendly! Great breakfast options too! Love the large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted in shower! Will stay again!

Booked room for 2 nights, housekeeping didn't stop by to see about trash. Could have stocked extra trash bags, that would have been nice. Tub/shower can be slippery, could use some anti-slip strips.

The staff

Breakfast was not good, but the Italian lady that was working was great. Comforters dirty, dirty curtains, no ice anywhere. Broken down refrigerator near front desk. Trash cans were full/over flowing outside, no plate in microwave, dishwasher didn't work, beds uncomfortable and no bed protector on mattress. Some lights didn't work in my room.

The room we stayed in was dirty. The kitchen and fridge were not cleaned properly. Drawers in bathroom and kitchen don’t close properly. The carpet didn’t seem vacuumed. The beds were comfortable and clean.
