There was nothing I liked.

The sheets were dirty. The bathroom and the carpets had hair balls on them. The TV didn't work. Totally unacceptable and filthy.

we reserved a king bed and smoking room and it was switched to twin beds nonsmoking when we arrived. and we were told ( oh well that’s what we get) literally. the whole place was in bad disrepair.

Nothing… this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Bathroom door was punched through, Cigarette burns in the bedding, wallpaper falling off the wall, extremely dirty and rundown.

Filthy room. Stains on mattress, sheets, comforter. Door was filthy. Bad patch work throughout. Stunk of cigarettes. I could go on and on. Not one good thing.

Staff was friendly and location.

The sink didn't drain, there was a cigarette behind one of the lamps and room was supposed to be nonsmoking, half the pillows were missing pillow cases. Overall the room, hall, and were just plan dirty!

The staff were very kind, but the motel itself is less than standard at best.

A lot of things didn't work. The cleanliness was horrible. We didn't get any shampoo.

Smelled like cigarettes and pot.

Absolutely nothing.

The filth. The large party in parking lot and all first floor rooms occupied by employees. The water running from under wall in bathroom. The sink that didn't drain. The fresh stains and hair on sheets. The grease and oil stains all over carpet. The room door that had been kicked in at some point causing the lock to not work and only have half a screw in it and door frame broken. The hair dryer had what looked like feces all over it and plug looked like blood on it. The booking site said pool and free breakfast, there was neither. According to desk clerk they haven't had either for 2 years. To sum it up a total slum, filthy, place I would be ashamed to advertise on my site. It needs condemned.

I didnt like anything about this property...when is the last time it was checked for health and safety violations???

They didn't argue when we requested a refund for not wanting to stay.

Everything!!! Outside was dirty with litter and trash. Inside was dirty. Still giving the benefit of not judging by the outside, we checked in. I thought I was going to fall through the rusted metal stairs bc of all the holes already there. S Walked up to the room, walked in and looked like someone was staying there bc it was not cleaned from the previous stay. The front desk did not even seem surprised. I hate leaving a terrible review. But this needs to be made aware of.

Was booked because of breakfast and pool. They had neither. Said they haven't for some time now. The room was disgusting, filthy, water running out from under wall in bathroom, sink wouldn't drain, sheets had fresh stains and hair on them, the entire carpeted floor felt wet. Called desk they said no maintenance till Monday this was Friday night. There were no other rooms to give us so i had to go to desk and get sheets so we could change the bed. Large party in 1st floor rooms and parking lot. Would never, ever stay here again or recommend it for anyone.

the bed wasn’t made, the sheets had stains on them, the pillows were on the ground, there were multiple holes in the walls. Checked out a day early because I went to another hotel and the desk clerk said they took the second night off my bill but I still got charged for both nights. overall horrible experience.

Bed were not all the way made up....have photos Toilet was broke had to use hangers to flush....room 112 and have photos Shower curtain had black stains inside and out To check in i stood inside for 20 mins nobody ever came to check on me until i left our my second time and at that point i had already wrote a note i left and went to sheetz for 10 mins and came back

Ms. J. Brown at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get some very important papers printed that i had forgotten at home. She really helped me through a tight spot.

M Over all clean. Could use some renovations. Hallways smell terribly of smoke. Room did not smell of smoke but was musty.

nobody bothered us and the staff made sure we had everything we needed
