Housekeeping staff was friendly.

Manager kicked me out during a mental health crises I was having. I will give him credit and thanks, however, for issuing me a refund for the final night. However, I was still kicked to the curb.

It was a place to stay.

I had to talk to three different people to get the rate I was promised. There was sticky stuff all over the floor in the room. The desk had not been washed off and there were quite a few shady people staying there, to the point where it didn't feel real safe. I also was not given back my $50 deposit and I have no idea why. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk canceled reservations but corrected error quickly. The one room was very nice the other on 2nd floor very smelly and dirty.

The location was great. The breakfast was fair at best with only waffles being offered.

There was no hair dryer in the room. There were stains on the bedskirt, dust on the trim, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off, there was a mudded hole in the bathroom door. Also, when I booked it said my card wouldn't get charged. However, my card was charged more than a week before our stay. The property served it's purpose, but we won't be returning.

Location, cost and staff are kind.

They messed up what they charged several times. They charged a $50 deposit I was not told about and then charged the wrong card well before checkout on another day. Finally they charged another fee that they did not tell me about another day. When asked about the $50 they said we should have been told and should have had to sign a paper for it. When asked about the charge on the card before checkout they didn't have much to say, except they would refund the money, which took over a week and a half to get back. When asked about the final additional charge they said it was normal to have that charge and that it would get refunded. That charge did come back faster than all the others, they did refund one day of my stay as well. However it took too long to get the incorrect charges back and they never should have happened. Also there is little to no soundproofing so anyone walking through the hall or at the front desk or even in the rooms or outside could easily be heard. One of the nights it was really windy, there was an awning outside my window that kept banging on the wall. They did repair it the next morning when I informed them.
