Great location and clean

large room, queen size bed, wonderful location, gorgeous beach, heated swimming pool, 180 degree beach view , not crowded beach

dinner is expensive but breakfast is more affordable

It was pristine. I didn’t want to leave. We had a king suite Gulf side and it was heaven. We are already planning our next stay. Hoping we can get the same room yearly-as long as the resort remains with this level of security, luxury, and hospitality.

I don’t have any dislikes. This was my first stay.

beach club not open, had to pay for beach chairs, gift shop not open due to renovations. 18% gratuity on anything purchased.

Our ac didn't work, they took $50.00 for Incase of room service but when I called for room service they did not offer room service at this time. Beds were very hard and something kept biting my back to were there was blood spot on my sheets.

Proximity to beach and all of the restaurants — the on-site restaurant and bar were great!

The bed in the rooms are to high up- there was no sofa or loveseat in the room - for the price you pay it should have a little luxury. We had one chair which was not pretty or comfortable. The facility was great!

Nothing everything was great to me

View was breathtaking. Scott the bellman was very sweet and helpful! The lobby is very inviting with plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

The food served in the restraunt was always Luke warm. There wasn’t enough parking available in the parking garage. The floor in the room wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

AC made a loud noise our whole stay, and the staff couldn't fix it. Actually, we finally checked out a night early because of it. This hotel is a 100% smoke free. Almost every time we got off the elevator the hall smelled like weed, yes I reported it over and over. We set on the balcony and was constantly smelling nasty cigarette, and weed smoke. I hate the smell of both. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

The property was located near restaurants and attractions. The beach was private and offered exceptional views. The pool area offered amazing Gulf views as well as a Tiki bar with music. The room faced the Gulf and was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly. On-site restaurant and bar offered wonderful food options all day.

No down sides at all.
