The 2nd floor balcony and the 1st floor patio is awesome!
Definitely needs to be updated on the inside.

Location was great close to everything and great access to beach.
The property was perfect for my family of 5.

It has two separate room with bathrooms. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The view from the room was perfect. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.
The chairs outside were rusted because of the humidity. Its very normal. Maybe they should change it with something more durable.

Location is nice across from beach many food places and stores near by.
Some of the appliances need up dating but it’s a rental.Example fold out couch was wore out and also a few dresser drawers were broken.
But can easily be replaced by management.
Other then that we loved our stay and would definitely be booking again soon😃

Location, location and location! Lots of room in the condo.
Television downstairs & dvd had intermittent sound problems non stop.
We got there on Tuesday left on Thursday. Let them know on Tuesday am that tv downstairs didn’t work right. Upstairs plug didn’t work.
Was told at 11:04 am we had until noon to decide if we wanted to leave or stay! We could leave if we didn’t like it! (Office is closed on Wednesday so no one is available for anything until Thursday. ) No clean towels on Wednesday at the pool. No staff on site on Wednesday at all!
Go to various sites for the best price. Found it cheaper today on the facility website!

this is a great location. the property was nice.
the property needed some tlc. there was damage to almost everything in the suite from age. it just needed some good old fashioned maintenance. the bed and the pillow were uncomfortable and the cable did not work in the rooms, only the living room worked. the door from one room to the balcony was messed up and from the other room would not lock. luckily it was on the second floor

The bedroom had urine smell we couldn't use it. I have already let them know but nothing comes out from to make it fair.

Convenient but is VERY DATED! CLEAN BUT DATED! Check-in is a HASSLE if it on the weekend! But if you have a 4/5 person group and want to be able to WALK to seawall, or other restaurants, it will do.

Close to beach. Two bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.
Literally right on the road. So much traffic noise made it next to impossible to get any sleep.
Kind of run down, leak spots on ceiling with areas where paint/texture had bubbled up and left as is.
Over priced for the quality of this condo
Didn't take any photos of condo as it was needing some repair and updates.
I should have known as booking.co only showed the exterior and nothing inside.
