It was simply perfect. The bed was comfortable , the room was clean and had everything needed and the newly remodeled bathroom was well thought out. Most of all the owner was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Prices for places to stay in Duluth on a summer weekend are crazy - but they have to be able to afford to stay in business.

Very clean and super nice staff o like that it’s away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Fast commute to canal park and all the sights.

No bad comments.

The bed was comfortable, the sitting area was OK

I need to question if the shower was actually cleaned, there was open bottles of shampoo in the shower, the shower walls had peeling paint, access to the room was slightly slippery, When you walk into the room and had tile floor in the entryway to the snow on, our shoes is very slippery we walked in. Had to ask for extra towels to use as a mat for inside the door.

Everything was great!

Cleanliness of room and friendliness of staff. Size of room was great. Loved having a deck w/grill.

A couple things needed fixing. leaky sink in kitchenette. And knobs are needed on the cupboards in kitchenette, hard to open without.

The TV streaming was slow and kept buffering; was trying to catch a bit of the USOpen tennis, but the slow streaming made it difficult.

Bed was comfy

Loud people above us. The A/C unit from the room above us was right over our door and dripped water all over us going in and out the door. Also we were sad to find out they no longer do breakfast in the morning.

Cozy room. Back deck. Drive up to door.. good air conditioner

Small bathroom. No breakfast as advertised. Didn't see or was offered the advertised pool. No replenished coffee in the room. No area map. All blamed onCovid.
