The location was close to shopping, food and the highway but it wasn’t loud with traffic noise. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and it was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. A bit high off the ground but comfortable.

The noise in the hall way on the first night, you can hear kids and adults talking loudly. Water pressure in the room was weak for my taste.

The privacy and respect of each guest should be valued! I shouldn’t have had teenagers playing on my hotel room phone in the middle of the night or knocking on doors in the middle of the night

This was the first trip that my husband and I have taken without our children or grandchildren and we were kept ip all night by unchaperoned kids roaming the halls. I did speak to the front desk regarding the noise this was at midnight and it continued until 2AM. Since I was awake at midnight decide to go to my car and get snacks just to return and was inable to get in the automatic doors. The front desk apparently locks the door so the homeless lady doesn’t come inside.

I liked the property’s location to shopping, places to eat, stores and retail outlets.

I didn’t like the dirtiness of my room. There was hair left in the shower from a previous guest, and candy wrappers on the bedroom floor. There were also stains on the hotel room carpet, as well as, on the hotel room chair. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door three times asking if we checked out the room at 10am (when checkout is at 11am). They apologized, but totally voided the “do not disturb” hanger on the door. We were disappointed in the lack of options in the continental breakfast as food was not replenished after guests emptied the buffet.

Beds are always comfortable. Lobby is always clean . Staff always friendly and helpful.

The rug in my room was dirty and stained, the couch was also very worn and looked dirty. I Didn't feel comfortable to sit on it. Was disappointed after all this is not a cheap hotel like motel 6. I was really disappointed in that part.

The breakfast food was limited and the tables and chairs were not cleaned promptly. One table was broken

Room short towels and no toilet paper. Had to ask twice for toilet paper in our room. We should have used the white towels to wipe our asses. Didn’t try breakfast but our friends did and said it was crap as usual.
