I didn't like that as soon as I walked into my room it smelled like a swimming pool. It was as if someone mopped the floors with bleach water but not actually clean or wipe anything down. Although it was a smoke free facility guests had clearly smoked in the room and were actively smoking in rooms during my stay. The toilet seat, bathroom sink, and floor was dirty. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful when needed, but overall I wouldn't stay here again. Extremely different from the previous Woodsprings I've stayed in.

The fact u can't get in with ur key once u out leave out the door and the elevator very slow never can reach no one at the front desk when. Need help

It was close to work

Haha where do I start? I was there for 14 days and never once got room service although I personally requested it for 4 days in a row. When they finally did come to the room all I got was piece of paper saying I was gonna be charged because my room was in clean? Hmm okay. The manager was unwilling to work with me for pretty much the entirety of my stay. I got a couple calls while at work asking if I was going to check out and getting met with attitude when I wasn’t. I had to exchange my towels “jail style” when I wanted more. They were under construction on the first floor and it made the entry’s smell of rotten eggs And in my last night the fire alarm got pulled at 3am (I understand there’s really no control over that but it still added to the horrible experience)

Room was not clean. Fridge was broken (although I have no intention of using it). Microwave was rusty. And worse, there were empty beer bottles inside the drawers.

Smoking rooms

The bed needs more pillows and better selection of furniture and clean floors and walls.
