Beautiful, quiet, comfy, like home

We loved everything

A very nice property. Spotless. Well provisioned. Wine and cookies upon arrival - and coffee ground and ready to go! Great location to explore the Hudson Valley. Angelo could not have been nicer and easier to work with. Wonderful experience all around.

tv could not get fox station

Is just a beautiful property! We were able to stretch out and relax. One evening we made a family style dinner for our college age son who is in school nearby - priceless Angelo, the host was warm and welcoming and the place was well stocked.

Kingston closes early!

The host had set out a nice wine with wine glasses and a corkscrew. He also put out a plate of cookies with milk in the refrigerator for our morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was well-appointed with nice seating and art pieces. The kitchen was very nice for cooking although we didn’t do much of that. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. It was a really wonderful place to stay!

What’s not to like?

The communication was perfect! Angelo was so welcoming and his carriage house was LOVELY. Can't say enough good things! The perfect amount of space, so comfortable, charming decor, everything we could need PLUS a bottle of rose in the frig and delicious cookies from a local bakery waiting on the counter. His list of recommendations by neighborhood was such a help --we chose from his list and loved both places. For anyone who wants to be up in that area -- stay in the Carriage House -- so much more comfortable, charming. welcoming than any hotel.
