Localização e café da manhã e Transfer na saída.

A comunicação entre cliente e hotel é inexistente e um desrespeito. Não me responderam nenhuma pergunta feita sobre o Transfer em mensagens enviadas aqui pelo Booking e por conta disso não consegui pegar o shuttle na chega e apesar de próximo ao aeroporto paguei quase U$ 50, em um trajeto de menos de 5km por conta da tarifa dinâmica. Ainda paguei U$ 41, a mais sem nenhum motivo ou aviso. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, talvez por ser carpete e cozinha dentro do quarto. Não escolheria novamente.

Breakfast is not vegetarian/ vegan friendly. I believe it should be a variety. It should be friendly to meat lovers as well as vegans/vegetarians.

Estacionamento.

Hotel muito velho, aspecto muito ruim, ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, funcionários não são atenciosos ou solícitos… sempre muito ríspidos.

La distribución de la habitación cumplió

Esta un poco alejado de todo por la posición respecto a las salidas a la autopista y de otros comercios como restaurantes y tiendas. Necesita remodelación, ya que la alfombra estaba sucia y rota, y las cosas tienen cierto uso.

Nice room, great breakfast

Location was not walking distance from anything. Shuttle to port was ridiculously over priced. Got Uber direct for less that 30% of shuttle price.

I liked that the breakfast had a lot of options. The swimming pool area was also very nice. The room was very spacious and clean.

The only reason I wouldn't stay at this property again is I didn't realize it didn't have two beds. The pull-out was very uncomfortable. There were 4 of us staying in the room, but we only had 3 bath towels. We did receive another bath towel when asked.
