The staff was very friendly and smiles and helpful.

There was no free breakfast, no free coffee. And no microwave in the rooms. And didn't like thst there was no way to close the shower glass door. The floor was just soak and wet. I think it's best to have. Slide door to thr shower. For that price of the room.

For the price to stay there you don't get a microwave or free breakfast. There are hotels within the same 1/4 mile radius that have both in the rooms and charge up to $75 less. I don't see what I was paying for.

The price of the room for what I got. I went into the room and the tv did not work and multiple light switches didn’t work. The bathroom looked like is hasn’t been clean in months. The showers on the bottom had dirt collected.

My husband and I were woken up by a woman and man trying to enter our room around 1am in the morning. Thank goodness we had the security lock on the door which stopped them from coming in!!! I called the front desk to report what had happened and the front desk employee said that it was her checking to see if the room was occupied. I was still left confused as to why that information wasn't entered into the hotel's computer system. The whole experience was just odd to say the least. She physically came to the fourth floor along with a middle aged man and immediately used a key card to enter our room. She never knocked or even announced herself as hotel staff. After the first unsuccessful attempt they came back again to try and access the room. Although, my career field isn't in hospitality I'm pretty sure this is not standard procedures for a hotel. For future reference the hotel employee's name was DAWN.
