The location was nice. We like to stay off the strip on Atlantic City Boardwalk. The price was fair and the rooms big.
Was very disappointed. We have stayed at this property many times before and had a great experience. I brought my parents this time and we had 2 rooms. The rooms were not cleaned the whole stay (1 house keeper for the building), no towels provided the whole week ; asked the front desk and all they had was pool towels. Many things broken. No hot continental breakfast available. Trash on the parking lot. Was not a great experience like we had before (we have been coming for years since our kids were little). We won’t be returning.

There was not much to like other than the night person who was behind the counter
First off the person behind the counter, during check-in, was very rude and unprofessional and racist. He didn’t have the common courtesy or decency to explain the check-in. He talk to my kids disrespectfully. The property in South was dirty and nasty. There were bleach stains throughout the room throughout the floors in the hallways on all the floors. There was trash outside of people doors that hadn’t been picked up for a day or two and the pool was very nasty and dirty. The overall stay was the worst I’ve ever been in.

The pool is dirty whit different stuff in (paper, nylon pieces bag) plus , cool water.
Front desk person "very rude and unprofessional".
The furniture on the room ,dirty, broken and very old.
Really ON THE PICTURES LIKE TOO DIFFERENT!!! WE NEVER COME BACK !!! TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!!

Then entire experience, the staff was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Carpet in common area and furniture in the room were both worn out and stained.

No breakfast offered. They said grab and go but in the website there is no mention of grab and go. No tea/coffee vending machines in the dining room even during breakfast time. Soap/tea bags/coffee and cups all need to be asked and they won't refill it the next day either.

Shower handle to turn water on/off didn’t function properly. Blow dryer didn’t work. 2 long black hairs found in bathroom

looks exactly like the pictures and the jacuzzi in the room was amazing

The rooms was dirty. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the pillows was travel size pillows not full size pillows, and the bathroom tub was filthy. The fridge had left over garbage. The front desk attendant they have in the day time is extremely rude, doesn’t know a thing about customer service, he complains about how hard the job is to check someone in and answer the telephone. At the large price we paid for an off brand hotel and the rooms combined with the service please don’t stay here.

it was good location very local to where I had yo go. the room was nice a spacious.
i did not like how I had to wait weeks for my refund. I was told I will get a partial refund because I checked out early, but I had tp keep calling for the manager

It could have been a little more cleaner a little more neater and things will work a little better it would have been nice laundry wasn't working TV wasn't working kind of sucked

Room Fithy, Not Clean, Etc, Urine smell n bathroom, bathroom Floor, Cabinet above mice open, Look like Orange fruit seeds was underneath the skirt of the bed..Bathroom mirror had residue on it, that when white wood is finger it was white as the not a regular Steam from water. Blood looking dark spots near and close ro bed that was next to the window..

Location is great, close to stores and restaurants and Atlantic City
The pool was cold and had a film on the water like it doesn’t get cleaned and the hot tub connected was not a hot tub at all, colder water with whirlpool jets. The pictures also showed a small kitchen but all we had was a fridge and microwave

I’ve been staying at this place for years and you can really see the decline. the pool area is dirty and the suppose to be hot tub which is now a little pool is extremely filthy. totally surprised by this place

The PM Desk person was very accommodating And rather Pleasant. Overall the place was rather pleasant despite it's needing a bit of updating
Not all the facilities we're working are accessible. The business center was closed for some reason. The pool was dark With no towels While the hot tub was not hot or even warm at all. The ceiling light in our room functioned intermittently. The Table lamp was broken. One of the knobs on the shower repeatedly came off.
