Pool was broken in the bottom and was very sharp.

Booked downstairs room and was given an upstairs room... Never get the room we want when we book here. Other than that its a nice place to stay...

Booking.com didn’t have my reservation present in the hotel’s system.

Late staff were nice

OK, so what I didn’t like was the fact that when we got there, we were told that the rooms would have a hot tub, but the hot tub was in a different room that you had to pay a whole lot more money for the first night was kind, a hard, because there was nowhere to sit in the room. I mean you either had to sit on the bed, or there was no other place to sit in that first night was a little uncomfortable do that now the second the second day we got up and went to a Dinosaur World. We had a good time there we came back and we found out that the fire alarms have been going off and they continue to go off and all the staff at the front counter could not figure it out. They just kept entering a bypass code which is very dangerous in my opinion and they were just gonna disable the alarm system. The fire department never showed up to check out anything when I recommended it to the owner he was just like you know how they said that they’re not gonna come out well in my opinion that was very very very unsafe so we just decided to go ahead and cut our vacation early and come on back home because we weren’t going to stay there with a disabled fire alarm just in case something did happen it’s probably one of the worst vacations I’ve ever had in my life me and my wife and my child are very upset about it.

The staff was very friendly & went out of her way to make sure you had what you needed.

Very helpful front desk person. The room and bed were very comfortable. It was nice to have a good breakfast on site.

Close to many things. Easy to get to and from the Cracker Barrel restaurant.

The bed was a bit too firm, needed vacuuming and there was something unflushed in the toilet.

Staff was really nice.

Dirty rag and used soap in the bathtub. Sheets and towels smelled moldy. Didn't complain to front desk because we was informed they was short staffed on maids so we figured all rooms was probably not that clean.

The staff was put in a difficult position and handled it well Upon arrival I have requested 1st floor (75+ age wise and no elevator) only room was 2nd floor lots of rooms but not cleaned t=The carpet had not been vaced lots of paper string bits. One bed sheets ok the other looked as if it had been slept in, Im hoping it was just in the dryer too long Bathroom clean, towels wash cloths nice and clean and soft bed comfortable Only there to sleep on way home

Need Help Your lone employees are trying to do it all the questionable linens on the bed and cleanliness of carpet It did NOT smell nor appear dirty/stained

We love the hotel and staff. The hotel has a great breakfast also.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like.

The room was comfortable and seemed clean. Very quiet. All rooms have outside entrances. A nice younger man and an older woman were at the desk. She was abrupt but he made me feel welcome. A younger woman working the next morning was very friendly. The price was surprisingly low given that this is a tourist zone.

Check-in was slow. There was a problem with their computer system and both of my credit cards were rejected, as well as those of two customers before me. I ended up having to pay cash so I could get to my room. The dining room was closed but breakfast could be taken to your room. Staffing appeared minimal. The pool was closed but it looked like only the hot tub was roped off. Decaffeinated coffee is only available in the room.

The breakfast was fair for what it was, but what can you really expect. There was not a great breakfast option anywhere in the area, however.

only issue I had at all was the broken down ice machine.
