No pool, they are converting it to a charging station for EV's

Nothing swimming pool was closed were supposed to be open bathroom, toilet, broken wrists. All over floor was made for kindergartners, not adults and then asked if it was going to change. Our room said no I’ll come back tomorrow and fix it. Unacceptable.

Not what it advertised. We’ll never stay there again booking.com needs to take it off their advertisements

Breakfast was ok.

Dirty. Do nothing staff, minimum staff. Our first impression: When we arrived the entryway was in need of sweeping. The small tile area near the check-in desk had 2 large, DRIED coffee spills (so it had been there a while to be dried). We saw 3 different clerks manning the desk during our stay, but not one could be bothered to stand up and greet us as we came and went or take care of the coffee spills. It was taken care of the next day when apparently a janitor was there. Also, there is a sad "snack" cabinet that was 3/4 empty. It was the most expensive, least worth the money place we stayed on our trip.

Loved having Both a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

I know that this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the town planners really need to get their act together. The access road going one way in each direction ,with few turns ,is a nightmare in accessing the hotel. This is a reason to discourage staying at this hotel. Access is a pain!

Excellent size of rooms (queen suite), super breakfasts, comfortable beds, lots of storage, large bathroom.

We found out that Hilton has any pets, any time, anywhere. We feel this puts severely allergic people at risk, no matter how well the rooms are cleaned. The barking dog down the hall woke us at two in the morning.
