Location was great. Comfortable bed.
The hotel staff was not friendly or accommodating; however, housekeeping and the restaurant team were lovely.

The scenery is magnificent. There are model ships on display, a beautiful fireplace in the entrance of the hotel, an open courtyard in the middle of the hotel, a pool, spa and cabanas in another middle section of the hotel, a fireplace designed heater with holographic image of a crackling fire, exceptionally comfortable pillows with medium thickness. The only downside was that my boyfriend and I both woke up with extreme lower back pain because the bed sunk-in in the middle. I still give it top ratings for everything else.

When I checked in, I was given the wrong room. I went back to the counter and informed them and was informed there were no more of the rooms I reserved. I made my reservation 2 weeks prior.

Very Comfortable room. Like that there was a sofa in the room. Used the Hotel shuttle bus to get to the venue we were visiting. They were very accomodating.

The cleanliness, the location, and noise level was minimal
The plumbing system is fairly loud, I think the head of our bed shared a wall with the neighbor’s bathroom. We knew every time our neighbors were in the bathroom and it would wake one of us up during the night or early morning

We thought the staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the outdoor atrium restaurant, just beautiful (except for the airplane noise). Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

This hotel is so charming, has a great bar, and not far from many things to do. The room was very large and comfortable and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and felt it was a great value!
