Staff was friendly at check in, the room was very spacious and clean. There was an extra table and a big fridge and microwave. The is some room to store personal belongings. A/C is quiet and works.

The room smelled of smoke and when mentioned to staff we were told that staff would come check and use air freshener, which they did not do. The furniture is pretty old and not comfortable. The interior is very basic, not cutlery or plates are in the kitchen.

It’s close to the expressway so it’s loud in the morning plus their building another building next door.

Big rooms, microwaves and fridge! Location good if you want to be close to Covington square (The vampire diaries tour for example). The staff was helpful and pleasant!

There was a distinct smell of mold, sheets and towels were quite damp from the environment in the room. Cockroaches, both live and dead were found in the room. The smell of mold was so bad that I had to spray air freshener in the room during the entire stay.

Horrible experience. Checked in on Friday afternoon went out to get dinner and came back to the room to discover cock roaches and bugs in our room. There were no staff present on the property to speak to about this and no one answered the phone. I tried calling on Saturday morning to speak to someone about it and no one answered. I tried calling again on Monday and Tuesday and no one answered. I have photos and videos of the bugs as well as proof with receipts from my stay at another hotel across the street showing I booked it and checked in on the same Friday night that I was supposed to be staying here. I also have an UBER receipt to prove my trip from this hotel to the other hotel. I saw cameras on the property which leads me to believe that they can check them to see my mother and myself leaving with all of our luggage and loading it into a car. I provided the hotel and the Booking app customer service with all this information, photos, videos etc. and the hotel only agreed to refund me for one night. Customer service from the Booking app basically did nothing for me. They gave me a $27 credit “for my inconvenience”.. so I paid full price for a night in this dump that I didn’t even occupy for a few hours. I wish I could add videos so everyone could see the bugs crawling around!

The new renovation to all the rooms. All the rooms are cleaned and polished. Beds are very comfortable.

The room I stayed in only one burner works, and the door lock doesn't fit in a latch, but you can lock the door.

The room was filthy and had roaches everywhere and the outside was as filthy as inside.

Felt very watched, No breakfast, never seen staff around during stay. Asked for clean towels and was told to find the cleaners. Carpet in room always felt wet. Very moldy smell.

I didn’t like a thing about the property. We did not stay here, waiting for the property to do the right thing and give me my money back.

No notice that the property was closed at 7. Had to call a number taped to the door. The guy mumbled and said he would be right down. 10 minutes later he showed up, still mumbling. He opened the office door and it smelled profusely like weed. (no problem with weee but a professional building should not smell like it) There were not any lights on outside the property. People were just wondering around in the dark screaming. I did not feel safe at this location at all. We left and went to another location.

I liked the price. My room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was extra nice.

I didn't like there was a person below one of my rooms complaining about noise that was not coming from me.
