We got the LAST parking spot in a poorly lit lot. There was a convention of dungeons and dragon and cosplay😩.
Maybe let your other guests be aware of this nonsense or not charge $190 a night to see a bunch of grown ups acting like 12 yr olds.
Empty plastic box for tissues with no box in it. No cream or sugar or cups for the 2 k cups in the room.

Only issue was the pool was unavailable which is why we didn't stay there a second time, otherwise we definitely would have.

Mountain View
I paid the hotel rate with the Mountain View price, which was confirmed. But when checking in, the front desk lady said there were no more Mountain View rooms available. That’s ridiculous.
My son ordered his breakfast, but the lady gave my son’s food to the other customer. She served the white customers food first who ordered late, and my food was sitting at the counter. When you stay at this hotel, you can feel that discrimination still exists.

beautiful view if on the mountain view side
The bartender was arrogant and not welcoming at all. My godmother nor myself felt welcomed to enjoy a beverage before we ended a long hard day. He kept reassuring us and other guests how great he was at his job. Very unprofessional and annoying.

The people were welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for this trip.
I wasn't thrilled with the cable. There were several missing stations. I'm used to some sort of included breakfast, which you don't offer, but I knew that going in.
My biggest issue was the room rate. I've stayed in that facility before and it was about half the price of this trip. I feel like I got gouged by the price because Virginia Tech was graduating this weekend. I wasn't in Roanoke for that and I'm not pleased at how much I paid.

The Hot Breakfast , even though I felt rush while ordering .
The pool was the whole purpose of us going to celebrate my 2 year old turning 3 so we could swim , the pool was out of service . One of the sheets had stains , the shower was whining when it was running .

Windows wouldn't open, bathroom had no drawers to store toiletries, shower curtain had snaps missing which caused poor hanging and fresh towels were not provided, housekeeping was to be requested, and fridge was definitely not working.

The pool was out of service. We were told that it has been broken for a couple of months and no estimated time for repairs. Our bathroom floor had not been cleaned.
