Very clean, good amenities and things in the room for the price, it had everything you may need. Good and convenient breakfast, good water pressure in the bathroom

it is mainly for snowmobiling in the winter, so there was some noise later in the night, but nothing inconvenient

When I checked in, the receptionist and the girl I met were very nice.

But when I checked out, there was a tall, thin and middle-aged lady who was very very impolite and racist!! She was very rude and insulted my country!!! She is very awful and we will not come again anymore!!! Even if we leave some rubbish on the table, I think the cleaning fee is included in the price.

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean

When all was said and done they charged me almost 300 dollars to stay there for one night. This place was nice but not 300 dollar nice. It doesn't even have a pool. I've in stayed very nice hotels that didn't cost this much.

This incredibly clean, very quiet little gem was exactly what we were looking for when we visited Pictured Rocks. Very friendly staff, and super comfortable bed. The entire hotel was immaculately spotless. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or have breakfast, but the setup for the buffet was above and beyond what one would expect.

The only thing missing was a workout room- but I think must travelers to the area are getting their workouts in nature!

The room was big and very clean. The halls and breakfast room were also very clean.

We did not like the foaming hand soap that was in the shower marked bodywash/shampoo. It was no different than the foaming hand soap on the sink. So we would have liked real shampoo and conditioner.
