We loved this little spot! it’s super cute and well thought-out. The location was conveniently located a block away from the Sand Pebble beach which has a public boardwalk entrance. You are a short distance from St John’s Pass with shopping, dining and entertainment. A quick walk and you’re at a beachfront water walk which leads you south to Treasure Island beach and boasts a long row of pleasant little beach bars with live music. Upon arriving at the Bungalows youre met by a clean white fence surrounding the pool area which is cute and sunny. Around the back side of the building are a couple metal dining tables with chairs and umbrellas for enjoying meals outside as well as a shaded couch area. Scattered about the property are little lounge areas filled with clean white rocks, centered around fire pits and wooden lounge chairs. There’s a small laundry area as well. Inside are updated rooms with beachy blues and grays, modern and tasteful art and furniture and very comfy beds. We all slept super well! Our two bedroom cozy little apartment had a kitchenette complete with a full fridge, oven and microwave.

The cons of this place are few, but I’m still listing them not to deter people from coming but to help management improve the property. We spent quite a bit of time inside our room because of weather and did our own cooking most of the time. For an apartment that sleeps 6 they were grossly under-stocked. Here is where they fell short: - Oven mitts (this is a safety issue; my husband burned himself and spilled grease due to using a dish towel to remove a hot pan from the oven) - said dish towel was the only one we had- definitely needed more. - We only had half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival - There were insufficient dish and glassware for such a size apartment. The room sleeps 6 and yet there were only 2 wine glasses and the cookware was very small making cooking for a larger group inconvenient. - The coffee machine only makes 5 cups (and comes out to 4 cups fully brewed). For people who drink a lot of coffee (and for a 6 person apartment) this was quite underwhelming. - The internet was sufficient for cell phones but did not work for laptops so if you’re here on a work vacation be prepared. - The dishsoap was highly diluted - The room only had 2 pool towels. - dish washer pooped out on our last day, but these things happen. That said, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Every time we needed something they willingly and cheerfully supplied it. They gave us more dish soap, a second hand towel, restocked our toilet paper and provided more pool towels upon request. They tried to fix the dishwasher but couldn’t before we left which was fine, but they really should have an electrician or handyman on call for these issues. We saw these things as an upper management problem because the ladies on site tried the best they could to accommodate us with limited power.

Actual entrance to property could use better lit signage. Was there but didn't know it.

Very clean and cozy spot! All of the basic outdoor amenities and the staff was readily available.

Parking is tight.

There is an opening in the bathroom door in room 10 where a lock used to be. You can't lock the door and someone could see into the bathroom.

I liked having a kitchen. It is a galley kitchen and the microwave is only 700w, but it kept me from having to spend a lot of money in restaurants.

The bathroom is extremely small, with only a small shower. No tub. The slatted bed is perhaps good for younger people, but not for seniors. While the unit was clean, there was a dead cockroach on the floor between the bed and the stove.

everything was very nice, and 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.

the only issue that I had, was that the dishwasher was smelling funny, however o called and they came the next date to clean it.

My only issue was I received 3 emails and non were the right code for the love box. I drove 8 hours and arrived at 1 am. I was locked out of my room for an hour before I reached someone that gave me the right code. That was never emailed yo me.

it was a good location to the beach

Roaches were in our unit and I told the property manager and responded with its Florida we have bugs. Pest control was suppose to come out and never did. Left a day early due to roaches everywhere.

The pool was nice. The bed was comfy.

The shower was not good. The water kept getting cold and the shower pressure was very bad. The walls are paper thin.
