The desk clerk when we checked in was nice. It all went downhill from there.

The location was not great. Gave us a room in the back by the dumpster and it was a smoking room. We specifically booked non smoking and they tried to argue with me about the reservation. The room was filthy. The walls were smeared and dirty, dirty microwave, holes in the sheets and cigarette burns in the comforter. We were exhausted from traveling all day and check in late. It was dark when we got to the room and did not realize how bad it was till the next morning. We immediately checked out. Booking.com should not represent this property.

although the outside looks a little abandoned the rooms were AMAZING very clean and it seems like the staff took time making sure the rooms were trendy! we also loved the staff very very helpful and even if we needed something at 3 am they were happy to assist!

i do wish the breakfast didn’t cost money! because we would have loved to have stayed at the hotel for breakfast and because it cost money we decided to go out instead.

The facility was old that’s I prefer don’t stay And pay another hotel

The rooms advertised microwave and coffee maker. There was not a coffee maker and the microwave would not heat anything. Did not have ice buckets nor did they have an ice machine. Did not have any drink machines or snack machines. We had to walk across a busy highway to the store.

I like ice for my sodas, we like to make popcorn and relax after an event and watch a movie. I had an elder with us that is use to a hot cup of coffee before bed and when she wakes up. So she was not a happy camper falling asleep or the next morning. The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. Bathroom could use a good cleaning from ceiling to floor.

the management was very unprofessional. we found bedbugs in our room and in our bed and they wouldn’t even give us our CASH back that we pay for the room with.

it was affordable for a one night stay for a family funeral

arrived around 4 pm, room that we were given hadn’t been cleaned and was torn up. front desk attendant found the cleaner and assigned us a different room and asked we give him 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning it. after getting back from funeral home we ate and went to bed, was awakened by what can only be described as a music shake with full pa equipment next door and the music kept getting louder… I called and reported the issue and the music stopped, as I type this at 1:44am it sounds like the people next door are doing the owner a favor and remodeling the room… our entire room shakes with every boom.

That we had a place b/c everything else was filled for graduation in the area and it had newer looking flooring as opposed to carpet. Those 2 were the only good things about this place.

1. The advertisement for this motel is NOT representative of the actual place--on Booking.com, it's actual website or any other travel website!! 2. It looks like a run-down crack house on the outside. 3. The 3 "non-smoking" rooms that we inspected first REEKED of cigarette smoke and weed. 4. It had stained and nasty looking linen and towels-we had to ask for new sets of everything. 5. There was a gapping hole in the wall where the plumbing comes out of the wall into the toilet. Water poured out of the handle every time it was flushed; when it did flush! 6. You can tell the rooms are NOT wiped down and sanitized between lodgings. There was makeup stains on the bathroom door...that I easily wiped off with a nasty washcloth! 7. The fridge does not get real cold and needs to be cleaned and defrosted. 9. No ice machine and only 1 working vending machine out of 3. 9. The "pool" was closed due to Covid, the manager said. By the looks of it, it is NOT because of COVID. 10. My daughter booked the same room a few months after I did on Booking.com. When we got to the hotel to pay, her room was $190.00 MORE for the same 2 night stay in the same type of room for 2 double beds!!! The owner explained it away and would NOT compensate, or even make any offers...very rude and tried to constantly talk over her. I called Booking.com to get compensated and was "disconnected" twice after waiting for 15 minutes the second time. It does not look like they want to make this disaster right either. I WILL NOT BE USING BOOKING.COM NOR THIS ROACH MOTEL AGAIN!! The other pictures are too small to upload here...contact me if you want to see the rest!

Nothing at all.

The owner was very rude and unprofessional. The property looks NOTHING like what it did in pictures. They over charged me by $158. The sheets were disgusting. Asked them to change them, and those sheets were dirty. The towels had pubic hair on them, they brought more and it was the same. So we bought our own. Awful smell coming out of the toilet and shower when you flush or take a shower. 2 vending machines out of order. Ice machine out of order. No coffee or breakfast in the lobby. Only a microwave and a coffee pot that you can’t use. Smoke free rooms smell like cigarettes, so did my moms room. Fridge makes the loudest noise to where you can barely sleep.
