El apartamento muy amplio cómodo y limpio. Pudimos usar el gimnasio, canchas de tennis y piscinas.

Excellent location. Wonderful pool, nice country club. Excellent staff!
Our room was dated, maybe from the 1980s.But it was clean, convenient and well maintained. Just dated is our only complaint.

Clean, tidy property, and very friendly staff.
The floor had ‘soft’ patches where it felt like the flooring was unstable. Felt like it needed a makeover in terms of safety and furnishings.

beautiful area/views, clean, private/very quiet, felt safe, comfortable, easy to book, nice walking areas. We especially loved how each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. We all had total privacy!
the only thing I would recommend is maybe update the bath/shower floor

The view is great, the pool looked huge. Ricky the gm was calm and cool, we really appreciate that. plus we had no problem getting in and we couldn’t get there until 1am
The water was cloudy, our room smelled of mold, the sprinkler system broke as soon as we got there. Seems to me all those things are connected. and I think I misunderstood but we did not like that the pool area was closed on Sunday. I think even though no one is there we should’ve still had access.

Pleasant drive to the property, location near and in view of Lake Conroe, security gate into the community, patio view of parklike setting with grills and picnic tables, great nearby pools with lake view, free use of country club amenities, parking right next to condo at no charge. Bonus- portable fans in each bedroom - a Texas must!

PHOTOS PRESENTED IN THE LISTING WERE OF A DIFFERENT UNIT. Not clean (spider webs found), no icemaker in fridge, kitchen minimally equipped, very dated overall.

Location was perfect. Did not know anything about a breakfast. This was perfect for what we needed in a room for the weekend. Did not get to enjoy the amenities really other than a round of golf.
I thought we reserved and paid for a loft but #19 was fine. Only issue was that the carpet in front bedroom was wet. We did not notice until late Friday night and was out most of the day Saturday so did not report it right away. It really did not affect us in any way.

It was very peaceful. The price was very good for the room. It’s an entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Very nice pools and hot tub. Nice size room and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were in walking distance and there was a nice balcony with loungers and table and chairs. Will definitely be going back!!

Because the air conditioner drain was stopped up the carpet was wet & smelly which affects how you perceive cleanliness.

We actually wrre booked on an overbook but ricky was such a good person to us. .lets just say God used him to help us in a major way in our life.

Convenient and affordable! Booked 3 units for Father's day, this is our second year coming and will definitely be back next year! Love this place! The units are huge and have a pull out bed in each living room couch. You have access to april sounds country club and swimming pool with adult only section, hot tub, kiddie pool, bar and food services. You also have lake access for swimming and fishing! The office staff and maintenance are awesome and accommodating if you have any issues they will be there within the hour! It is a gated community and each vehicle has to be checked in at the security booth so its very safe. Also saw security drive around every hour or so! This is our go to spot in conroe!
Pool closes a little too early for us 8:00 pm! If you get a loft unit its a little warmer than the 2 bedrooms and the loft will need fans wich are provided to you by Sweetwater!

Super friendly staff. Clean, spacious, well furnished apartment. Great kitchen and utensils. Closed gate, guarded community. Felt very safe.
