I had a problem with the person that checked me in she was very rude n cussing n all the over charged me said I I didn't pay all money which I did after being disrespected by person in office over phone n in person they finally found the payment the next day n I ask to talk to supervisor n he never returned my call

There were water bugs in the light fixtures. That should have been cleaned out before we arrived.

Condo we were in had water bugs and roaches it seemed like it was treated but maybe should have waited awhile before renting it out.

Great location in Fairfield Harbor. We liked that it had a pool and the condo was pretty big.

It was very dirty and definitely needs some new furniture.I had to call the front desk to have them come back to clean but they still didn’t do a good job

The unit needed some major updates. The tubs were extremely old and not working properly. There was no hot water in the guest shower. All the advertisements talked about a game room. The game room has been turned into a gym at this facility. We were told that went into effect after hurricane Florence went through the area. Your marketing needs to reflect that change.

The one bathroom smelled of urine. Cockroaches running around. This is the 3rd time we've stayed there, never had those issues before.

The location was perfect for our stay . The place was very clean and safe. It was convenient for what we needed for our stay. Would defiantly stay again.

The front door didn't lock from the outside when the door was closed .and we had a lot of little bug friends visit during our stay.

The patio was not clean of leaves and spiders. Dead cockroaches in the condo. First morning saw 2 live cockroaches. No lights outside on the walkways. The board walkway has rotted boards. Actually fell through, fortunately, did not get injured. Refrigerator had a smell Upstairs hot, downstairs cold Bed was too hard in first bedroom second bedroom-to hot

The condo is very spacious, the furniture is up to date and the WiFi works great! Resort staff is first-rate and professionally attends to your every need. VRI local manager Robert "Duffy" Aldridge is one of the best in the best and well-respected by all owers and rentersl.

It was an unseasonably cold week, so the heat in the unit was quick to heat upstairs but slow to heat downstairs. An inspection of the unit by a maintenance crew member did not help.
