this place was awesome! I almost cancelled because of some bad reviews but seriously it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed. staff were brilliant, location wad incredible.

Friendly staff at reception kept our bags for us before check-in was available and then again when we checked out on the day of our departure. The Location is amazing, walking distance to everything in Venice Beach.

There is nothing negative to report from our stay. Everything was comfortable and clean.

stayed with wife and 2 kids but they only catered for 2 adults (2 towels, no cot ready despite asking in advance on booking, foldout futon but not enough bedding). had kitchenette but we thought no crockery or cups for the coffee machine, found them left in the small dishwasher before checking out.

We loved our stay at Venice Breeze Suites. The rooms were just as they are advertised and the location was perfect for our family holiday. The location is great if you like being near the beach and enjoy exercising. The staff were helpful, rooms were clean and well appointed. The only problem was that the dryer stopped working on our last day when I need to do the laundry. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is okay, just behind Santa Monica.

It didn’t n’t have parking, The staff said that we can park in free parking spaces on the street, but we still couldn't find a vacant lot after going around twice, so we had to park in paid parking lot, for which we paid $25 for parking. The style of the room was very strange, and quilt was very hard and uncomfortable. We won’t come again.

Loved this place. Was clean and cosy, perfect for a small family of 3. Bathroom and kitchen areas great. Location was perfect and accessible. Had read that it might be noisy but didn't find this at all. Was some music on Saturday night but seemed to respectfully stop about 830pm. We would go back.

The location by the boardwalk was excellent! All the staff was friendly and the size of our studio was good for the amount of people we had.

The front entrance was not secured which made me feel a little nervous.

elevator is small and can only handle 2 people at once so more trips needed to get to the top floor with family. There is no parking on site. made it a little stressful to find a place to park for free/pay $40 for overnight parking.

I liked everything about this place. Staff was helpful & friendly, room was fantastic--I happened to get a room at the back with a partial view of the beach. I could see the skateboarders & surfers from my room. Everything worked perfectly--the air conditioning unit, the fan, the kitchen appliances, the shower. I felt safe and secure here as a solo woman. And location!! I ran, swam, biked, and hiked from this location, and there were too many great restaurants it was hard to choose. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything I needed. Also, they had umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels available for guests for free. Rooftop area was fun and nice to have as an option. Absolutely loved my stay.

The temperature the days I was there (could have been warmer) but the place had no control over that.
