Location was good. Breakfast was okay, not a big variety of items.
I did not like that we chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub and both were under construction and not useable.
Shower pressure was terrible.
Hair dryer did not heat.
Smoke detector had been removed from the room.
Construction had been started in the elevator area on our floor and was dirty and potentially dangerous.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants. 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Free shuttle to the clinic.
For the price, the property is great! No complaints.

I like the property. Light in bathroom is dim. Bathroom/shower is extremely slippery.

Staff very polite and great location.
Hot tub was cold and jets didn't work. Pool floor you could see footprints on the bottom and it looked dirty. My breakfast omelet was frozen in the middle and the sausage was cold.

People were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The shuttle to Mayo's was great...Daniel made it awesome. Location was easy to find. Loved the warm cookies every night. This all made my trip to Mayo's less stressful
Nothing I can think of...it was even quiet.
One thing (sorry) was the room temperature was very warm...we had to turn on the air to get it comfortable for us.

The pool and hot tub was not in service. We were told to go to the hotel across the street. That one did not have a hot tub. I paid more money for this hotel for ALL the amenities . I was not notified of the unavailable amenities. Very dissatisfied and feel a partial refund should be given. Also, the breakfast was not that good !

it was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was a need for the pool and exercise equipment, we’re here for medical care pool nor treadmill never worked.

tables in breakfast area tip easily. chairs make terrible noise on the floor when you move.

It was good. Husband and i enjoyed the waffles. Juice choices excellent. Coffee was good as well.
Beds were a bit too firm for us.

Wifi from sister hotel didnt reach our room. Asked to be moved. Never got back to us.
Took about three minutes for shower water to go from brown to clear.
Asked for handicapped and near an exit. Appeared that the motel was far from full yet we got a room with a bathtub. My request was made with the reservation.

The van ride to the Mayo was helpful. The eating place next door was handy.
We got a handicap shower which we didn’t need.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle was very convenient for going to Mayo clinic.
Pillows were a bit lumpy.
