Conveniently located to where we needed to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely small. Wasn’t fully stocked properly. Found things left behind from previous people staying despite us having to wait an extra hour to get into the room. Not kid friendly at all. The halls wreaked of marajuana. Promoted as sound proof but heard noises all night long. Not a good first experience.

Beds need replaced Ice machine wasn’t working had to go to another floor for ice Carpet had holes We were placed in a room with no air conditioning and then had to repack and go to another floor!!!! We were offered 2 free drink coupons for our inconvenience!!! Did not say on the website that parking was $35 per night. This was our second time staying in your hotel and must say the first time we stayed it was perfect. Hopefully this will help to make improvements

We had to go down to the 1st floor to heat our food! There was no microwave in the room. The parking was expensive!

Old, badly maintained, didn’t seem clean (actually wasn’t). One morning some green stuff came out of the coffee tank at breakfast - smelled like sewage tank.

They made us to pay for ballet parking $35 plus sales tax $7, total $42 over the price that booking had already billed. The kid wanted to use the pool but was closed and dirty.

Everything they don’t collect anything. They don’t replace towels or toilet paper when you ask they take more than 12hrs and you have to remind them to do that smh.

The hotel is in great location, very clean and staff was great and hospitable

I felt the cost of the room was a little pricey with taxes and fees for that location. Complimentary breakfast could use some improvements. $514 for 2 night
