This motel is a very good choice for anyone on budget. This is an older motel so the fixtures aren't new. However, everything was very clean. The carpet was very clean. There was space for hanging clothes and a nice sturdy bench for unpacking my travel bag. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave. The king sized bed had a good mattress and the bedding and pillows were nicer than many motels in a much higher price range. There was no breakfast included but I do not expect breakfast in motels in the $50.00 price range. There were a variety of both fast food and other restaurants with in walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet. Another big plus is that the parking spaces were generously sized so you don't have to worry about getting your car doors getting dented up. The manager was very nice and worked with me to allow a late check out.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the roads in town were very twisting and turning and often crossing at odd angles. This of course in not the fault of the motel. Just stay on your toes when driving around town.

the facility was old and thread bare. the curtains had hole in them, the sink was old and the fiberglass was coming apart. no coffee available for the room or the lobby. the shower had been redone and was nice. plastic mattress liner under the bottom sheet kept me sweating, tossing and turning all night.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was clean. The managers were amazing and helpful. We had a problem with our TV and they worked hard to get the situation remedied.

The decor was outdated but a wonderful place to stay.

Room had zero air condoning on and had a unit in the wall which was extremely noisy all night room never got to a comfortable temperature considering this hotel is in Florida and we stayed in august you would think someone would have turned it on before our arrival. Furniture and linens were old and outdated. Bathroom was tiny

No AC on in the room when I arrived late at night to sleep while traveling, room was HOT. There were fleas also.
