It was fairly clean.

The lady that checked us in could hardly be understood because she spoke such poor English. She initially gave one key for 3 of us. When we ask for 2 more she gave them. But, only one of the 3 would work. Breakfast eggs were horrible. The lady would only put out enough waffle batter for one waffle at a time. Coffee was horrible. Cars were parked right in front of the entrance, had to drive around the building to make sure were at the entrance. Terrible main entrance design! The rooms were clean. But that is the only positive I can give.

The event I was going to was not far at all.

The elevator wasn’t working and we had a room on the 3rd floor I talked to the front desk about 4 hours before arriving and they told me nothing about it. When we checked in a lady said she “recommended the waffles for breakfast” and we come down and “they don’t do hot breakfast on weekends”.

Seemed clean. Front desk girl was nice when I checked in.

The pillows and bed weren't the greatest. Hallways and room smelled a little musty. Bagged breakfast on the weekends.

It was super clean.

When my family and I checked in yesterday, we asked for extra towels and the lady at the front desk made a very rude reply. I didn’t see her name tag but she had curly hair and glasses. Instead of easily attending to us, she replied, “You don’t have enough towels in your room or what?.”
