I stay here every time I come home to visit family and friends. They are always friendly and professional. The room is always clean. AC works great! Lots of pillows and fairly quiet.

The room was dirty. Costumer service was poor.

The bed was comfortable. The AC in room worked great and it was very quiet.

There were stains in the commode and the plunger right beside it made it seem unreliable. There was only one set of towels.

Great location, large size rooms.

Additional towels in the room would be helpful since the rooms are only cleaned/attended to if you stay several days. If you need additional towels you need to trade your used towels at the front desk for clean towels, which is strange to do in front of complete strangers. Plus it is not the most sanitary process from an infection control perspective.

Waited over 20 minutes for staff to return to front desk. Two other family members inquired This same issue while checking in Maintenance employee couldn't reach the front Desk attendant and called a supervisor of command to contact her she then answered the call Room no hand or face towels. Called for them

No service . We had to ask for towels paper toilet pool with green water fron desk blaming the maintance for not keeping in it clean bugs in one of the room had to move to another room.

The bed was big an comfortable a/c was good and the room was large and open

I didn't like that I didn't get the room I picked because theroom wasn't cleaned and made and then got moved to a king suit instead of a double an when I ask for a roll out because they had no more double rooms she wanted to charge me for a roll away 🙃 like it was my fault that the room wasnt made and ready for guests. And then the new room had no water pressure there was a window that was open to there back Allie and as a mother I didn't like that the window was ope. When we got there at 11pm it wasn't locked and it took us a while to try and lock it there was no bug screen on the window either. So you know what suprizes we found in there.And it said non smoking but it did have a oder not sure 🤔 if it was from that window being open but it was no small window some one could easily get in and out .
