Very friendly host.

The only thing I have to say is the room was a little on the dark side.

The location was perfect for what I needed it for. The staff and owner were very accommodating. Free coffee all day long and the price was excellent.

Not a thing, no complaints at all.

No breakfast, keurig coffee. Room was clean, slept well, woke up to coffee, showered, packed up and hit the road.

Room lighting was poor for reading. Shower control was difficult to pull to on. Light over sink needs replacement. Walls too thin.

Clean and quiet. Sure it's not a 4 star hotel, but you couldn't ask for nicer staff. Water was hot. Room was clean. Couldn't ask for more

The staff made great recommendations for food while I was in the small town of Chaffee.

The room was outdated, not necessarily a bad thing. Walls were thin and other rooms could be heard.

Great value for the price. That includes feeling safe and comfortable. The owner was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

The building is showing its age a little bit, but that's not a concern.

Comfortable and cheap good value on a budget and those are getting harder to find. The location was a no brainer it was literally a couple thousand feet from the location I needed to arrive at the following morning

As a nonsmoker it was pretty rank but as the building dates way back before smoking in public areas was even remotely discouraged it's understandable

Tim was very welcoming and even provided us with extra towels without asking. The Wifi was good and @ $67 the price was not bad. The location was perfect gor my purpose, I did not have to detour from my route to the Niagara border.

The lodge must have seen better days. Seriously needs maintenance and renovation. The bed was not comfortable, cheap mattress, overused; the duvet was stained. The room was dusty and not clean. Wash room was barely functioning, with the basin clogged. The furniture was all scratched and lacked paint and polish, looked more like something picked up from the curb.
