Great breakfast , comfortable bed / Room

Pool was closed but I understand things have to be worked on from time to time . Pretty sad that a bottle of water could not be supplied for the in room coffee maker . Honestly how much could a bottle of water cost 🤷‍♂️

That it was pet friendly.

Needed a remodel, the tub had rust around the overflow cap, and the caulking was very moldy. The air conditioner vent was full of dust and caused the room to have a stinch. Lastly, the mattress needs to be replaced. It's very worn-out, causing my back to hurt. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient at both check in and out.

Check-in time, 4 p.m. is kind of late. Early check in is possible for a fee. It seems like BW is mimicking the airlines with add ons for things that should be included as a courtesy. The price of the room was more than I had hoped for, but competitive with other rates.

Breakfast was very good. Breakfast server/staff was excellent. Front desk staff was nice, happy, informative.

Food was good

Everything was carefully placed for convenience, including room design, air conditioning timer, breakfast arrangement, and breakfast seating. I especially appreciate being able to check out at 12 noon as I had a 4 pm flight.

Perhaps some cosmetic changes to the bottom of the swimming pool would make it more inviting, so it has an overall clean look and feel.

Our bell hops were very professional & helpful. Our valet was ultimately kind enough to valet our car once he knew I was disabled. Our housekeeper took care of our needs. The view from one of the rooms I reserved.

Valet stated he was told by management that he could only valet black or gray cars because they are high rollers. Rose, at check-in registration told me there were no more rooms near the other room I reserved & that the hotel was completely sold out. Not true because I checked your website & there were rooms near my other family members. I also asked her if I could rent a mobility chair as I am disabled. Her exact words, “No, it’s for someone else and you’ll never get one.” Diamond member with BW for years. By the way, please don’t call yourselves Best Western Premier because that’s a far cry from what you are & represent to any BWP member.
