Had many amenities such as pools, indoor bar, coffee shops, and all-day meals. The rooms were very comfortable and had a fair amount of space. The bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud. The staff were very professional, informative, and quick to help me with any questions or service needs.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet despite being near the airport. The staff was nice and did their best to make us feel welcome.
Property management needs some work! Maybe it's the off-season, but the pool was dirty (rocks, leaves, bird feathers, etc.) and outdoor bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept/cleaned in weeks.
The carpet the in our room was coming up from the floor and there were loose bathroom tiles.
The live/dead pigeon awning at the entrance was a "nice" first impression. I like birds and found this very sad.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel room was clean and extremely comfortable. The location, as well as the area in which there was a park was very nice!
If there was any issues, I feel as though the parking situation should be addressed in terms of expanding the parking area for guests. It felt a little unsafe walking from the park's parking area back to the hotel entrance, as there was little to no lighting in the crosswalk. Vehicles had to slow down last minute.

1 - The pool was dirty and not clean.
2 - I expect from a 4 star hotel to receive minimal service when I call the reception and I have to come to the lobby and look for someone to receive a 2 empty plates.
I called the reception and was told that I should go to the lobby and ask the bar for 2 empty plates. I got to the bar and was told they didn't have plates to give out, but I saw people eating at the bar with plates.

I liked the area and the restaurant down stairs served delicious food.
Sheets were stained, bathroom shower was dirty and pool area was filthy.

The room was very nice
I checked out with an employee named John. When I checked my account later in the day, there were two transactions for $174.00pending with my bank account. I called and spoke to two different employees, Nancy and Mary. I was told the error would be fixed, it was not. This overdrafted my account by $ 50.00. I asked to speak to the manger, I was told her name was Stacey, I left two voice mails on the office phone and two on her personal cell. I never got any call backs, no apologies. Nothing to try to make me happy about my stay. We stayed at this hotel, because it seemed reputable. We will not make that mistake again, I felt very disrespected, noone cared to rectify the situation.

Super clean and super fancy. Everything was clean and they had heated pools and jacuzzi. I personally thought the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The shower was great and this is something new I typically don’t do, but I used their lotion they had in the bathroom and it not only was light but had a great fragrance. I would stay again 10/10

wasn’t as “clean” as I’d anticipated in such a prestigious name. 😕
room was spruced up but not “clean”. didn’t have any hand towels, one wash cloth. looked like mold on tile floors in bathroom. lotion & soap empty on sink. room didn’t look “finished” with cleaning & stocking. vending area was empty, ice machine - filthy. was pretty disappointed.

The pool was nice and we liked how close the hotel was to the cubs spring training stadium.
Terrible experience. Broken tiles with mold in both bathrooms, no trash cans, dirty shower, empty body wash bottle, no soap in the smaller bathroom, super hard uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care when I explained the tile problem in the bathrooms, didn’t even care when I showed the photos I took to her.

The property was attractive with nice pool area. A well stocked bar and acceptable restaurants on premises. Room was attractive with a comfy king and nice shower.
The facility was not well maintained and was a little dirty.
Some air vents were dusty and grimey and crud was building up in the corners. We were there for a week and had to ask for room coffee and towels and to have trash emptied. Despite asking nobody tidied our room until the night before we left. The rates were very high and we expected more.

We were in town for the Mesa Marathon, and you couldn't beat the location of this hotel right beside the finish line and package pickup. The staff were friendly and responsive when we had issues with our room. The pool/hot tub area was also quite nice and had good sunlight. I also liked having a fridge and microwave in the room - very handy for preparing breakfast on race day and other food.
The room cleaning and maintenance was very sub-par. During my first shower, I noticed the used bar of soap from the previous guest was still in the shower and the soap pumps had not been refilled, suggesting that the shower had not been cleaned. We also found dark hairs on the floor of the bathroom that were not ours. In addition, several of the lamps or electrical outlets in the room were not working so we couldn't even have the bedside lamps on after turning the main room light off. The bed mattress was also not set properly on the box spring and we had to realign it, and I found the mattress felt in need of replacement or turning as it was noticeably dipped into the middle and not as comfortable as I would have expected. On the plus side, the staff was responsive and attempted to address the cleaning and light fixture issues, but even after the bathroom was cleaned, there was still lots of soap residue left on the soap rack in the shower, which was disappointing after we complained. I was disappointed to have these issues at a Sheraton hotel - I expected better. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel was very disappointing - small, greasy menu. It would have been nice to have a better quality restaurant at the hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Good shower space and comfortable mattress. Gorgeous location with a fountain and park nearby, and right next door to Cubs stadium.
The pillows were not great, and we had some issues with the TV and remote not wanting to work together.

Not much....
There were wet spots several places on the carpet. I put a towel down on the carpet tp soak it up and there were bloody spots that came up all over the white towel. I had to wash out the towel and redo several times...SO GROSS! The lamp in bathroom was broken glass...the sheer curtins were ripped in several areas...the kleenex box in bathroom was wet and putrid and ALL the kleenex in box were soaked. The charged us a hugh pet fee for our 6lb and 18 lbd dogs...and then gave us a filthy room. Toilet seat had dried poop on it! Old water left in dirty ice bucket...Walls were covered in dust and handprints..... JUST AWFUL!!!@!!

check-in process was slow and restaurant staff included only 1 overworked person. They appear to have a staffing shortage. No carts available to move luggage. Lastly, pending charges are higher than receipt so I’m sure it will take time and effort to resolve.
