No new towels , no amenities no laundry, horrible time Loud workers

Service was friendly,when check in room, only to find to toilet paper, no small soap,only a 2.oz liquid container shampoo bottle. I call front desk regarding toilet paper a young man knocked only to give us half of roll toilet paper for our two nights stay stated they are short of toilet paper, only one small trashcan in bathroom, the faucets are very loose, need to be tightened chalking in place, place parking lot was clean,guess we get what we paid for as other guess had mentioned.

The bed was comfortable. There was a full size fridge and stove top.

The lobby smelled like a very dirty mop. Check in was a long process since they had to find a clean room. The security door latch was broken. Pictures online looked better than in person. Bathroom tub had a stain on the floor of tub, curtain had stains and smelled. We booked a King and received a double. A lot of outside noise, walls were very thin. Breakfast was included in the price but was not available. The room was set up with a kitchenette but no supplies for kitchenette.

I didn't like that I paid for King and got stuck with two full size beds I didn't like that my neighbors were outside all night I didn't like that the restrooms are small and I didn't like the fact that when I left I didn't see anybody I had to leave my room key in the night box

Close to FloatFest location. They tried their best to book us.

Didn’t notify us before that we had to pay in ADVANCE to secure the room, even though we booked months in advance. didn’t receive towels until the next day. only had a shell room available- no shower curtain, tv, microwave, phone, towels, bugs were dead on the floor. Ended up with a AC UNIT after waiting a couple hours, finally got a AC, a shower curtain, and had to keep requesting towels and trash can. PAY IN ADVANCE OR GET LEFT WITH A BAD ROOM.

The sheets had obviously NOT been washed as they had pubic hair on “stains” and pillow cases had long head hairs all over them. Bathroom smelled like someone had just been in there and pooped. We left as soon as we saw all of this and requested a refund!

Location on our way to port Aransas. Adorable stray cat was my favorite part. AC worked well, beds and blankets ok. Price was affordable for a one night stay on our way to somewhere else but would not stay for extended time here.

Doors were locked at 8pm and had to provide paper reservations because clerk unable to look it up and there was no wifi. Lights didn't work in bathroom and flies in the room. Bathroom lights resolved and wifi started working later. Clerk could have been nicer. Vending machines were broken. Pillows were flat and hard and room had a musty smell. Desk top was torn up.

Then you lied about a coffee pot in the room they lie about free breakfast my room supposed to been a smoking room they said they don't have smoking in the rooms no more so I will not stay there again that's why I left early.

Roaches spiders and bugs everywhere including office staff is untrained and key cards don't work they put me in 3 different rooms all were not clean and infested

There was no cups towels toilet paper and remote didn’t work the whole time Fooor wasn’t vacuuming I worked at hotel cleaning services so I know how it should look And wasn’t satisfied
