Great safety features, could be a little better but good for down town

It was a little dirty. Nothing crazy just definitely a well loved hotel

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was up to date. The location was perfect we attended a baseball game at Target Field, we could get there from the Skyway in the hotel. Close to restaurants and bars.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter.

The staff was very understanding of my frustration with the parking.

The parking situation downtown is ATROCIOUS. With 3 major events going on at once I had to park BLOCKS away, and carry all of our bags by myself. I then had to move my vehicle before time ran out and I got towed.

How it exceeded expectations.

It has a great location to reach everywhere including Target Center, Target Field, restaurants, pubs, and the metro. The breakfast was also great and although it was a short stay, I enjoyed it a lot (;

The breakfast area was large and the food stations were far away from the tables (which was nice). The room was large. The mattress was a bit soft, but I guess that's subjective.

Parking options in the booking page would be helpful. I didn't know where to park before I went into the hotel.

Access to the Twins/Target Field. Was concerned about parking and it was not an issue at all. Plenty of space. Love the breakfast that is included. The gym was average but at least we had access to a quick workout.

A pool would've been nice. A bar or access to adult beverages from the lobby would've been a nice offering.

Stayed here for a Small Town Murder show at the Pantages Theatre. It was my first time in Minneapolis so wasn't familiar with the area, but this is a great area to stay. Good centralized area to walk to anything near by. All the staff I interacted with at Hampton Inns were great. The breakfast was great as well. Biscuits and gravy are a great way to start your day.

It was very close to our venue. It was connected to skyline to the target field. I felt safe.

Location was perfect for TC Summerfest, and breakfast was wonderful!

We wish there was a hot tub or pool, but other than that, the hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had several options, hot and cold. I loved the skywalk access and the proximity to bars and restaurants.

The hotel was conveniently located to the convention hotel I was attending. Also, the room was accommodating and the breakfasts were good.

The hotel is located in a questionable neighborhood, but all the doors and elevators were secured, so it felt safe.

The room was very nice, clean. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the breakfast was good.

Was a little high in price and the line to check in was long but the staff worked hard and the line moved fairly quickly

Great location, friendly staff, nice space

The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. They had hot chocolate in the lobby.

We saw someone get shoot across the street and when me and my Spouse walked to a near-by restaurant he had multiple people ask to bum a cigarette or when we walked back a lot of people made jokes about how they should mug us for our left overs.

Clean and close to ballpark. Free parking and free breakfast were great!
