Location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown...

The full kitchen is wonderful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Staff was fabulous!
The only thing I would suggest is that they include conditioner in the shower. Shampoo and body wash were there, but no conditioner.

The room was very spacious, and there was a lot of storage options for four adults traveling together. We liked the little efficiency kitchen as well. The couch and desk area were also a nice touch. Had the curtain been in place as shown on the website this would have been a great separated area. The location was good and it was easy to get to. The continental breakfast was great as well, and the staff were overall friendly.
Our room was not very clean. Unfortunately, the shower walls were dirty when I took a shower that evening after arriving. We also had pretty sparse linens on the beds, but that ended up being okay because the air wasn't working well and we stayed warm the whole time. It never really got below 73 and it just seemed hot especially in the bathroom. The curtain dividing the living and sleeping areas was not in place so changing required a bathroom visit. That's not a big deal unless someone was in there getting ready or showering etc. It could have been better if some of these things were addressed, but it was just okay as it was.

The room was very dusty. You could see where carpet freshener was sprinkled over the carpet and vacuumed to mask the musky odor along with dust. I pulled back the partition for bedtime and it was dusty as well.

Everything, rooms were very clean and very comfortable room temperature was perfect. Everything was stocked. Breakfast was delicious lots to choose from.
There was nothing to complain about. Actually there was one thing I regret not staying longer.

The pool was nasty and we could not use it. It had green algae in it, no hot tub, The pull out couch mattress had springs coming through it, the room I booked was not what we received. Was supposed to be a queen suite with separate bedroom instead it was 1 open room. Went to talk to the front desk and she didn't have any solutions, no effort was made to correct the situation, no housekeeping was done in the 3 days we stayed there. I do not recommend this place. I have stayed in other hotels with this company and they were fantastic.

Breakfast was very good especially the freshly made waffles. On some days, it was unfortunate the hotel was out of hot eggs/omelettes.
We liked the large room (2 queen beds). We could entertain family visitors on the sofa. Also liked the movable table where we can sit, drink tea and relax. We especially liked the microwave, fridge, and dishes.
Location was very close to busy expressway. Our window faced the busy traffic, though the room was quiet.

House keeping started cleaning rooms nearby at 8:30 in the morning, which is normally no issue. The house keepers on the morning of our stay must have slammed everything in the rooms repeatedly. The noise was overwhelming and woke everyone up. We got in late and was hoping to sleep in a bit. That didn’t happen

The lady serving breakfast was very helpful and very nice. The variety of food was great. The security system is very good(accessibility to the floors). We went there for a medical procedure. So glad we decided to booked this hotel .
