I Love The Smoke Free Facility, I Love The Vibe Of The Staff. They Were All So Professional…

Breakfast was great, not complimentary. The hotel was clean, front desk employees were super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay alone or with family.

The location is a little sus but nothing too crazy.

Outside was nice and welcoming, good lighting. Inside was pretty.

Kind of hidden and not easy to see or get to.

Location was convenient after I found it! Breakfast could have been warmer at 8:00 am, but was a good value and service was good. Quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff.

I did not like the Booking.com website that did not permit me to change my reservation by dropping one day from the stay. When I tried to delete the day, the Booking site said "not available." I can see that adding a room could generate "not available" but dropping a day should not. I will not use booking.com again.

The room was nice and it was clean. Some staff members were very helpful and accommodating.

The staff at check in time was not welcoming or accommodating. I asked to be notified when our second room was available for check in and I was not notified. Also, until way into the early morning there were children running up and down the hallway preventing guests from going to sleep.

The breakfast was suppose to be free per the reservation made on line, but was told it was Not included be I did not make the reservation thru Holiday Inn..
