I appreciated the late arrival accommodations and the location for my purpose.

The room was freezing upon arrival...the room air conditioner worked as heat but caused the room to be humid and the bathroom had no heat..one bed had no heavy blanket, we needed to request one. The refrigerator was disgusting and smelled horrible...we chose not to use it.

The room is too small, the ceiling was stained with water damage. The end table, cabinet lamp was rusted. So old and dated.

I fell and was injured on the slippery outdoor steps leading up to the 3rd floor. I told staff and the owner who offered no help. I couldn’t even get ice as they said the ice machine was off due to inclement weather. There seemed to be only one stressed out employee from 7 am to 10 pm all 3 days we were there. The walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors every conversation. Our door began to alarm repeatedly at 645 am waking us up and the one employee had to come up and put batteries in the door . Not long after our neighbors door started alarming so we couldn’t get any sleep. We left for a better hotel even though we paid for 3 nights after 2 nights of smelling the god awful odor from the mini fridge. When we were leaving I called the desk to check out as no one ways there. The one employee could be seen cleaning rooms and answering portable phone. The parking was inadequate for the number of rooms booked for an event and we had to park on the street. Walking to the building there were empty trash bins that had tremendous odor. The room was absolutely frigid and didn’t become warm enough with wall unit until the 2nd day.

area was perfect, booked for a cheer competition at the convention center which was across the street. family dollar is walking distance across the street if you need anything, snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot. good driving distance to food. stayed In February so not much was open on boardwalk, or some restaurants were closed for the season that were walking distance.

they only had sheets on the bed, and one blanket (comforter) in a drawer for 2 beds. we stayed in February so it was chilly. heating unit was on wall, and was turned off when we arrived so it was freezing in the room. would power on and off during the night and was extremely loud. door was hard to open.

Location was convenient, had what we needed for the short trip.

Blankets were dirty or stained. Heater was very loud at nite.

The room was a nice room. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Had lots of pillows. Loved the tub, which had a nubby bottom so you couldn't slip while showering or trying to get out of the tub. I have stayed at another hotel where the tub bottom was slippery and dangerous to try to get out of. I really appreciated the nubby bottom which enabled me to get in and out of the tub safely! The hotel was super close to the boardwalk and the beach!

There really wasn't anything that I did not like about the room. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the room, except at night and early morning. The rest of the time we were exploring Wildwood and the beach!

no coffee maker in the room although it said in description there was, and we got locked in our room to where I had to call the front desk to come up to let us out, thank god for my cell phone for there was no phone in the room to make the call to the front desk,we had 1 working light in the room and ceiling fan sounded like it was going to blow up
