The Gulf Waters were beautiful!! That was the best part of the entire trip. 99% of the transactions were handled online. The property is showing its age.

We were mislead a little - no kitchen, washer/dryer or a few other amenities that were listed on website. The hallway was half closed with no explanation. The elevators are not sufficient for the crowds. There were two times that we waited 30+ minutes for an elevator. The room - no kitchen!!! very small even for a "studio". Shower curtain and curtain hangers were the WORST that I have EVER experienced. Mildew on the shower liner, bathroom fan NASTY, ceiling fan in room very dirty. TV was a joke (I know, who watches tv at the beach, 6yr olds!). NO Dishes for 4 people - 2 plates, 2 spoons, no coffee cups, no bowls. There was NO heated pool - hot tub closed. Lazy River was like ICE! We over paid by several hundred dollars for what we got!!

When we arrived no one was available for us to check in or pickup parking passes. Got to our room and door codes would not work, had to call to get new codes. During our stay a stranger, who was staying in unit A was given aour door code and unlocked our door. We had to have our code changed. During our stay only one elevator in our Tower worked and we understand that the West tower only had one working elevator as well, causing long delays. Very aggrevating!!!

Our accommodations were great. Very comfortable. Really designed for families with kids under 12.

The code for the common door stopped working on day 4 and was locked out for about 45 minutes

It was convenient to the beach and pool. everything is beach front. It is not near the tourist attractions.

we had to wait on elevators more than 15 minutes the first 4 days of our stay. with two little kids that becomes a lot of added stress.

This is the 2nd stay at Splash and my last! The first stay the elevators didn't work and this stay the elevators stopped working on Saturday (9/10) in the west building. No one wants to walk up or down flights of stairs with luggage, beach supplies and small children you have to carry. This is a children's complex is why we chose it as a family. You should have someone maintaining the elevators daily at such a large facility. And more access on the weekends when people are checking out. Again when checking out elevators taking 20 mins to get a ride. Check outs should be staggered. Will not stay here again and spreading the word to all. 703W needs a toaster that works and a cookie sheet pan for making toast since toaster doesn't work and burns your bread at bottom. As well as needing for cooking garlic bread, cookies, ect. And as much as the room cost. Beach chairs should be included in the stay for the amount of people the condo will sleep and as long as they stay. I didn't mind the price of condo for amount of time stayed but beach chairs should be included for amount paid. A few improvements need made: in kitchen equipment (need more silverware), need toilet worked on in master bedroom, sliding glass door in living room and kitchen table and chairs wobbly.

elevators and the covered pool by the splash pad should be heated. it was way to cold for the kids
